We love staying here when we go snowmobiling. Right on the trail, easy parking for trailers, hot tub for relaxing after a cold day, and hot breakfast to get you going in the morning!

Room was not the cleanest, but wasnt so gross that i wanted to leave. sauna was not working and they had issues with the hot tub bit then it started qorking and they saod we could use it but never took down the out of order tape. Then when we went to leave one of the housekeepers was yelling at another one and she was loud. Was not impressed. Had a nice family trip to the falls.

Overpriced tourist trap
Listed amenities of a sauna and hot tub were broken. We were told the hot tub would be fixed by maintenance but it was broken the entire stay. Our room was freezing and the air conditioner/heater in room didn’t adjust it just blew cold air and the vent was covered in dust and mold. My son has asthma and got sick. The beds were hard as a rock. Breakfast wasn’t that great and mostly picked over. Coffee was always empty and had to ask for coffee to be made. Overpriced and needs major renovations.

Sauna did not work Doors 1 and 2 did not close/lock from the out side. I don’t live in the UP and I know that things are different but security should still a number one priority. Pool/hot tub was taken over by a child’s birthday party by mostly non guests. Kids in the hot tub with beverages. Food also. Not pleasant for other paying guests Reading Lights and dome light did not work in our room. (218) Reported to desk. No action Place is dated but clean Staff tries very hard to accommodate and were very polite.
