I was only staying for the one night as I was passing through so wasn't expecting or needing anything top end. It's a very basic motel but the room was big and bed was comfortable with quite a well maintained bathroom. It was nothing special but did the job for an overnight stay after a long flight.

The bedding sheet is so gross like someone had literally po0ped on it. Either they didn't change it at all or the laundry wasn't done properly. Either way, it's bad. What's worse was the request to change the sheet was just ignored. I know it's a cheap motel under $100, still I expected basic hygiene and basic service or at least the right attitude to correct the mistake when your customer is reaching out to you, giving you the chance to make up for the mistake. If only the staff there were actually cleaning the rooms and attending to customer complaints in real time, instead of replying on the reivews to make excuses!!

This is NOT a 7 out of 10 property like it was listed in Expedia. Clean? Yeah I guess. Run down. I would never stay there again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I never check in The weather was bad and I arrived at 2am I call the number at the door No one came out I spoke to someone wile i was on the way told them about my ETA due to weather condition I ended up sleeping in the car outside

I got stuck during a snow storm near Central Valley and it was either stay here or sleep in my car. If all you are looking for is a place to sleep and use the bathroom then this place should be fine. Several lights in the room didn't work, the toilet wouldn't flush although the bathroom was clean, and the carpet looked dirty along with the walls. The gentleman at the front desk was very polite though not his fault. I was exhausted so thankfully just passed out and left as soon as I could in the morning. If you can spend the extra money and stay at the Hampton Inn right down the road. It will be worth it.

My stay at Americas Best Value Inn was smooth and pleasant the place is family operated. Sunny was very pleasant and helpful at the front desk. My room was clean and the bed was actually very comfortable. The room was remodeled, it had no carpeting which I appreciated. The shampoo, body wash and lotion amenity are a plus. The location is cost effective and ideal for shopping. We are already planning another stay!

I’ve stayed here a few times just because it’s proximity to the outlets. Never again. It’s dingy, old, dirty, and NOT worth paying $200 a night. And most of the rooms smell bad. The room I had smelled like urine. Gross.

Friendly and welcoming staff person on duty. The price was right for the area, located near enough to our wedding party destination. Nothing fancy, but you wouldn't expect that at the price. Comfortable, clean, and no complaints.
