“Good amenities, comfortable, clean. Terrible service!”

For the price I paid, it was an extremely disappointing experience. Every night I spent there I called the front desk to let them know I couldn't watch movies from the on demand menu. Employees promessed it would be fixed but it never was! No apologies, no phone calls, no notes... The last night I called the gentleman said he would call his manager and get back to me. He never did! I had to call him twice only to get someone else on the phone. He was probably running away from his job!

“key cards NEVER work”

key cards never work, this is the 3rd time I've been there and every night you have to get the front desk to re-create your key card.
