The property looks much nicer than I remembered, however they are still working. They confine the work to 10 - 6, I believe, with most people out on their own after breakfast which ends at 9:30. However, when they are working it is disturbing

Easy peasy. Quiet hotel, 100 meters off the main Route 9w, so it is quiet. Nicely furnished and just well worth my time and money. Slept well.

The property is under construction with one sign posted on the elevator. The construction continued over our weekend stay so relaxing in the daytime was impossible. Also vending and ice machines were limited as the construction located on the 3rd floor blocked this access.

At the night we checked in, we found some of unexpected issues for the room facilities, the toilet didn't has the water come out, we could not use it and also there was no water for the shower, we tried to contact the front desk, but the guy who worked there told us they were not able to fix that, so he gave us another room key to walk in there taking the shower ects, but it cause a lot of inconvenience to us, we checked in at the midnight, we’re tired and we need to spend more time for the issue. We are Not satisfied with the place where we stayed, the hotel is supposed to check their facilities and make sure they are all in good condition.

A Good Hotel for Bear Mountain
The hotel was clean with a friendly staff. The location was close to the Bear Mountain Inn. The hotel has signs posted that they are planning a future renovation, which it can use. However it was a nice place to stay and would not hesitate to go back.

The lady at desk, was very kind and friendly. Even called our room, when we left our book at the pool. Also came up to our room to try and figure out whu heater was not working . Offered us another room also. We decided to stay i the room but appreciated her offer.

pool claimed to be heated and it was not as nobody swam because of it while we were there. Sauna also was out of order. Our bathroom tub did not want to drain....shower did not work and soap and shampoo dispensers also did not work

The room was clean and spacious, and the service was excellent. But I have to give 4 stars for the old carpet and AC/heat unit smells. Just FYI, there is a BBQ restaurant (the only restaurant next to the Hotel) closed at 7pm.

Standard room with king bed was comfortable. Room was very dark with poor lighting. Shower did not drain properly so that was annoying. We were only there for one night so did not report to desk because we had to leave early in the morning. Overall, the room was clean and for one night it was fine
