Good hotel close to restaurants, hotels, etc.

Pros: Friendly staff, great spacious room, everything you could want in an apartment.
Cons: Nothing really
Location: It is in the Honeysuckle precinct. There are plenty of places to eat and drink. It's a meeting place for young people. There are Barbour cruises too.
We were greeted by friendly staff; book in was quick, the apartment was very spacious, there was a long balcony and it was clean. Yes there were a couple of small things not quite right, such as the toilet roll holder broken, and not enough glasses, but overall we had a great stay with them. Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent and good value. They did the best poached eggs :)

Huge rooms! Train tracks are behind, but didnt hear them at all. Restaurants on other side and water front. $19 a day parking is too much, but we chose to park on the street which was free over night. The rooms are huge and very modern and practical. We would definately stay again!

disappointing and overpriced

Unfortunately very disappointed... After a condescending and rude confirmation phone call the hotel still managed to mix up our booking and not prepare our room with bed for our daughter and looked like servicing was not complete... Almost no toilet paper, no tissues toiletries, and sofa not made up. Worse room poorly maintained including glass partition and sliding door that was obviously broken and door missing with remains of smashed glass attached to the overhead runners... Safe inoperable... Sofa bed all but not serviceable ( literally fell to floor with any adult weight) and room very disappointing overall

Pros: See above.
Cons: we did see one cockroach.
Location: Close to ferry.
We found it convenient for what we wanted. Comfortable and quiet. Close to the ferry to Stockton. All the staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful.

It was a great little room. We would not have know it was the pent house however. And when i search for a room to accommodate 4 people i expect to be only shown room for 4 people. However we had a room for two people and at an extra cost of $30!!! they made up the pull out sofa lounge for us. This sofa was already in the room but we were charged this crazy price to make it. I think hotels.com should be more careful as this was not a cheap room to begin with. there were much cheaper in the neighbourhood but we chose this because of its location and that it was a "penthouse"

i was unable to stay at hotel as i was moved to crown on derby which was ok,i booked the 1 bedroom penthouse at honeysuckle and got a studio room at crown from the manager very poor service
