The hotel is right in the heart of the city. The room was spacious and clean, and had its own balcony area. The furniture was modern and new-ish.

Great spot to all transport links Is a little noisy sat nights Good size apartment Plumbing a little outdated gets super hot if someone else turns water on while in shower like extremely burning hot

We are located very central to all the local restaurants and bars with the light rail across the road for easy access to the beach and main interchange line. This is a great location as centeal to shops entertainment, beach, harbour, museum, art gallery restaurants has it all. Onsite car parking

Decent and clean hotel, good location
Nice and clean apartment hotel in central Newcastle. Spacious rooms and living area. Lacking a bit of character and a bit sterile. Nice swimming pool. If your room faces the back there is a fair bit of noice from the swimming pool and also the nearby road.

Staff were great, property was great. Comfy beds, spacious apartments my only suggestion would be to get the grout in the bathrooms cleaned.

The property was clean but very basic and the area around the property is very dirty and feel unsafe . There is a pool but is very very small , photo look much nicer than in real.

Great location
A really handy location, walkable to the city, beaches and river. The staff were very helpful. The apartment was particularly spacious. There was a lot of noise from the swimming pool and it’s between two busy roads

Hotel location was very convenient - the Quest was located adjacent the Honeysuckle Light Rail stop, giving access to the Newcastle Interchange (railway station), the city and Newcastle Beach. We had no need for a car!

Nice large rooms. $30 parking per night to have the car outside behind a gate was high I thought as well as asking $25 per hour for late check out really when the place was not even half full.

For over $300 a night the room is below average. Uncomfortable bed and pillows, very depressing place… wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

They have no privacy locks in the bathroom.when I asked about this to the maintenance guy, he said it's illegal.to have it...hillarious isn't it. I understand you may have poor maintenance budget but atleast give palatable excuse next time.

Good location
Location was close to everything. Could walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, harbour and beach. Kitchen and bathroom needed sprucing up. The linoleon on the kitchen floor was very damaged and cracking. The balcony faced the carpark and road and was noisy in the morning.

A great stay at Quest! Friendly concierge, prompt communication, the rooms were very spacious and clean and a fully equipped kitchen. Only downside is that there are no air con in bedrooms (just ceiling fans) only in the living room which is hard during summer.
