Hotel close to the waterPosted Nov 4, 2013
Great hotel local to the quayside and millennium bridge. Asked for a room facing the water when booking and the views were incredible ... Will definitely be returning!!

Nice hotel. Shame about the car park!Posted Oct 5, 2013
Hotel is good. Car park is too small. £16 to leave the car in the Baltic car park. I picked the hotel because it had FREE parking.

Lovely view of riversidePosted Oct 4, 2013
Hotel staff were very helpful and upgraded my room as I waited to be checked in but only for a little while. Had a snack in bar which was reasonably priced and tasty.

Basic & poor staffPosted Sep 21, 2013
Staff can easily do better with a little effort. My friend booked in for 4 days but they made him pay twice for last 2 days although it was paid by Amex

Clean modern hotel. Excellent room and great valuePosted Sep 17, 2013
Pros: Clean, modern and good value
Cons: not much
Stayed Sunday night after the Great north Run. Booked a family room for me my wife and 19 year old daughter. Great room with a large double and large single bed, clean with tasteful minimalistic decor. Room service brought an iron and ironing board within minutes of requesting one. I thought it was great value for money. Food and coffee not as pricey as some other hotels in Newcastle.

Lovely, welcoming, reliable hotel.Posted Sep 7, 2013
Stayed with a friend for one night. Took her out on the town! The hotel experience was friendly and welcoming. Very clean and professional. Can imagine it would be perfect for business stop overs. Breakfast was a tenner extra if you wanted it, and it was gorgeous! Massive all you can eat buffet with anything and everything you want! Would absolutely recommend! And stay here again, thanks jurys inn!

Good overall hotel for pricePosted Sep 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
Ideal hotel for a getaway with friends. Have to say would not have been pleased had I been with my family as there were virtually all stag and hen parties on check in. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Great location. Can't wait to return!Posted Sep 3, 2013 on Hotels.com
Really enjoyed our stay at Jury's Inn. Room very comfortable, with everything you need. Our friends were not as fortunate and stayed at a nearby hotel, paid more and were totally disatisfied. Will definitely return. Wish we had stayed longer!

Hotel with nice viewPosted Aug 31, 2013
Pros: Modern room, wonderful view and great position.
Cons: I would prefer to have an option when booking for the room with a view.
Location: Wonderful embankment,Sage concert hall,Millenium bridge, across central Newcastle with a lot of history.Enjoyed the city very much.
Nicely positioned with great view over the river.Though had to pay extra £10 without regrets.Newley refurbished modern style rooms. Convenient parking, helpful stuff. Can walk across Millenium bridge.Feels like 5star treatment. I then went to York and checked in Hotel 53 which I have not booked through expedia though it was on your offers.Unfortunatly.it was supposed to be the same class hotel.but it was au full.Rooms hot,no air, under my window an air conditioning plumb was heavely pumping air but not in my room. But noise was non stopping in my room. When I complained to the manager comforted me that the pump will Ben switched by 9 pm. This have not made me happy. the manager suggested to refund me money and kicked me to the street. I just could not believe it. He could have moved me to another room. But this was not offered.the breakfast there was disgusting while in Jury Newcastle it was lovely!
