Breakfast rip off

Posted Apr 23, 2015
Pros: Modern and bright
Cons: carpet in room. charge for breakfast.
Location: Near airport.
Not a bad Hotel nice and modern, room nice but carpet filthy. £16.95 for a cooked breakfast is a disgrace, £13.95 for a continental breakfast beggars belief, no wonder the breakfast room was empty.

Nice hotel but room a little dark

Posted Mar 7, 2015
Stayed at the Novotel for two nights. The public areas are very nice and the staff in reception were extremely polite and helpful. The room was large and had a comfortable sofa in addition to the large double bed. The shower in the bathroom was superb. My one criticism is the lack of sufficient lighting in the room. It was, for example, impossible to sit on the sofa and read. It wasn't that the bulbs were out, they all worked, there just wasn't enough of them of sufficient brightness.

hotel close to airport /retail park

Posted Feb 28, 2015
Pros: Room was nice and tidy, staff at breakfast and bar /restaurant very helpful
Cons: It would be helpful if Staff knowledge on the hotel recreation facilities, being under maintenance and advising customers on arrival to reception.
Location: location was close to the airport and easy access to A! , retail village nearby
It was disappointing to find that the recreation facilities were under maintenance, I would have liked to have been told prior to my booking that this was going to happen, as I booked the hotel mainly for that reason.

excellent hotel

Posted Feb 22, 2015
Cons: it's a pity the car park costs £6 per day, if it were included in the room price, that would certainly be very attractive to most customers
nice atmosphere, lovely pool with sauna, little gym, comfortable, large, clean and modern room, very silent, no airplane noise at all, friendly, helpful and professional staff at the front desk, free morning newspaper, good value for money, nearby shopping outlet, 10 min walk to the bus station or metro station

Executive suites massively over priced for what they are. The only difference is you get a fridge and coffee machine, not worth the extra money.

Central and convenient for our arrangements

Posted Feb 6, 2015
We were unable to watch local news, weather ,and travel conditions as the tv was only in HD. The hair dryer was fixed in the drawer, it did not stretch far enough for me to look in mirrow while drying my hair!
