“Lovely hotel in a great location - rubbish bed!”
I really enjoyed my stay here with the service exemplary throughout, other than regarding my only concern. On hitting the hay for the night, I saw dismayed to discover that the bed was made up of two mattresses with a dip between them. Not ideal for snuggling up to my partner. Reception didn't apologise when I referred to it on departure, which is a real black mark.
