Excellent hotel, great price and location.

Pros: Quiet, clean, good price, location and service.
Cons: Lack of onsite fitness facility.
Location: Across from upper Canada mall and chapters as well as lots of restaurants.
i really enjoyed my stay. clean, quiet room, quality breakfast, nice staff. only drawback is lack of onsite gym facility. 3 blocks in the cold wasn't some greatthing i wished to do. location also great across from the mall and on the m ain drags.

Friendly and Great Value!

Posted Dec 29, 2011
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Decor is a little dated, but the beds were totally new and comfortable
Location: Location is excellent for shopping--right across the road from the Upper Canada Mall
We have stayed a total of 8 days at this hotel in the past year. The staff of this hotel are very friendly! The beds were very comfortable. Although the hotel is an older building, it is a great place to stay at a reasonable rate. The restaurant, The Buttery, was very good! I really liked the reasonably priced lunch specials and breakfasts. The wait staff were friendly and very attentive! If you're looking for luxury this is not the hotel for you; but, if you are looking for a reasonably priced, comfortable and friendly place to stay while in Newmarket, the Best Western Voyageur Place Hotel may just be the right place for you!
