Location is excellent. The kitchen area and bathroom were more updated than the bedroom. Breakfast and tea were awesome.

The property is conveniently located near downtown. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It is an old building so there is no elevator. If you need first floor accommodations please make sure you ask for them. They are happy to help. The breakfast was included and had a variety of options. The hotel was clean. The rooms were clean. There is a public parking across to the hotel where we found parking.

Great place in the heart of Newport. The rooms are a bit small but fine for 1-2 people. It's an old building which is great for history but can definitely be noisy since you can hear people moving around in other rooms as well as noise from the street- bring ear plugs. Fantastic breakfast and afternoon tea.

Excellent location right off of the strip of shops.
The staff is very nice. I came back from a marathon and the public parking place was full. I called the front the desk and asked where to park. Anna graciously met me in the parking lot and moved her car so I could park. Deeply appreciated that!
