It was very nice, but loud. We could hear our neighbors on both sides. We did not know about the additional charge for parking.

This place was in the heart of Thames area and I was here to run the Newport half marathon so I could walk wherever I wanted to. The room was large and clean but I was happy I brought tea bags with me because the cupboards were bare. If I were to come back I would stay here again as great location

Fabulous location staffed by wonderful people.. walk to everything downtown. Parking on site. This is a hidden gem. PS: we think room 308 is haunted

Beautiful building in a great location to the wharf and restaurants. Short drive to the mansions. The two level units and spacious and comfortable. The walls are thin however and you may hear your neighbours.

Wonderful stay in the heart of beautiful Newport! Spacious, clean, rooms and friendly staff. Walkable to amazing restaurants and entertainment right on the water. Would highly recommend this property!

This was our first time staying here. We enjoyed everything about this facility except they charge you $30 a day to park. Also don’t expect to sleep soundly. The nearby pubs and bars are open until 1am. Doesn’t matter what floor you are on. All the hotels in downtown have this problem.

I've stayed here several times...always a great experience! This time unfortunately the toilet wasn't working properly--they dropped of a plunger at the door so we could fix it. I was surprised that they didn't fix it for us.

The Bay club is super convenient to shopping and restaurants. Easily walkable but be prepared to hear everything that is going on above you, below you, and on the sides. Walls are thin and can hear every conversation and noise at all hours.

Great property. Only downfall is the parking fee. It shoud be waived in the slower seasons. I love the rooms. Roomy and comfortable.

This is our 2nd stay here. Very clean, quiet. The rooms are adorable with a kitchenette, dining area and separate bedroom, like a small apartment. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately occupants above us had noisy children and woke us early each morning. Didn’t consider it safe because no one at check in area whenever we came in or out. Lovely unit.

What makes this place unique is that it has the charm of and old building, rooms with high ceilings refurbished to the comforts of modern times. Not luxury but practical clean. The location could not be better. The staff is professional and helpful. Erick at the front desk was welcoming and efficient.
