Strange layout. No elevator. Had to walk past restaurant kitchen open to the hallway. Laberith of stairways. Super thin walls. But comfy beds & incredibly nice and accommodating staff.

Cons: Complete the repairs on your rooms before you rent them to paying customers!
My room seemed to be under construction. walls were being spackled but not painted yet. there was a small alcove in the room that had exposed plumbing pipes sticking out of the wall.

Decent hotel near Newport Naval Base

Posted Jul 22, 2015
Pros: Clean room, comfortable bed, open wifi
Cons: Breakfast offerings would be nice, since there's an onsite restaurant. Clean hallways.
Stayed there 2 nights for graduation visit. Close by offerings include Starbucks, McDonalds, Dunkin Donuts, BJ's, etc. Place was pleasant enough, walls were thin, noisy neighbors on 2nd night up late. Don't expect a lot of amenities, bed was comfortable enough, room was clean.

Good sleep and no frills

Pros: The shuttle service was great/beds were comfy &the food was very good. We got up early and went to Dunkin in the AM for coffee which worked out great.
Cons: Please adjust the hot water.
Location: Can take a shuttle into Newport/Cliff Walk/ East Beach So nice to not have to drive. Close to stores/restaurants. The beach is also only minutes away
Super convenient and they let us check in early. We enjoyed lunch at their restaurant. The food was really good and the waitress was really friendly. Very outdated but comfy. It was a bit noisy but I brought my fan along and that helped a lot. (you can easily hear thumping upstairs - we were on the first floor) The only thing that I really hated it about it is that the water is turned up way too high - I am talking let kids wash their hands with supervision only. I had to take a bath because the shower only went really hot or really cold - could not get it quite right.

Not worth the money

Posted Jul 14, 2015
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Everything listed in the above comment needs improvement.
I found a dead bug in the bed. The pillows where so hard we had to buy our own; We used towels and blankets for pillows the first night. The facility was very loud, very late into the night on the first night. The room doors where hard to close thus guest where slamming the doors at all hours of the day. There was trash in the parking lot and our room faced a dumpster with two old couches and trash next to it. We will never stay at a Ramada Inn again.

Ok for 1 night.

I stayed here with my family for only for 1 night. Location from Easton Beach and Newport was very convenient. The hotel is old and dated. Portifino restaurant (located in the Hotel) was good. If I come back it will be only for the location.
