“Good location and nice rooms.”

Our stay at the hotel was nice, it was near where we needed to go and the room was very nice. Our check in and out processes were friendly and easy and the staff overall seemed welcoming. Our only real disappointment was the breakfast provided which was plentiful, but obviously not fresh. The eggs were powdered, the sausages like cardboard and there was little fruit to be found. Overall though for the price, well worth the stay and we would stay again.

“Would go back again”

Everything was great, the only complaints that I have is the hot tub was not working at the time of the stay and the air in the room wouldn't stay at a set temp, it was either to cold or to hot in the room.

“Comfortable Stay”

I was very pleased with the courteous staff at Country Inn & Suites. The room was very comfortable and overall clean. There was a hole in the bedspread but not too noticeable. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and the comfort of having a fridge and microwave in the room was great. I was extremely pleased with the breakfast selection. The waffles were delicious as well as the bacon, eggs and sausage. There was something for everyone no matter your diet. I would definitely return to this hotel. It was my B-day treat.

“fine for a short stay”

Not very impressive, but cheap, so fine if you wanna save money. Breakfast not so great, but jacuzzi and swimming pool are a plus, if you can stand the temperature of the water (incredibly high).

Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge (1h driving): beautiful landscape, interesting for wildlife obviously!

“A good hotel for the money”

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was good as well. My only complaint is that the pool was too warm. It was probably in the 90's and felt like a warm bath. Not so refreshing.

Bluebird Gap Farm is good for the little ones with typical farm animals to see and a nice playground to play on.

“Virginia Trip”

The Hotel was clean and the room was comfortable and OK for overnight stay, but i would not recommend if you are looking to book it for a vacation or for more than an overnight stay. Reasons - hotel location is not really nice, though market and shops are nearby, but it does not feel like a nice place overall. Plus the look and feel of the hotel is very Motel like and breakfast was very average. I guess that is what should be expected out of a 2-star hotels, but my previous experiences to this type of hotels have been much better.

“Great Stay”

Hotel staff was very friendly and so was the morning breakfast staff. The free breakfast was actually very good and there was a large variety of items to choose from, not just your traditional juice and bagel. The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff was spot on each morning.

“Best Kept Secret in Hampton!”

This hotel over exceeded my expectations for the price. It is extremely clean and seemed to be very new. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The breakfast buffett in the morning was perfect. Hot items and the usual continental items. There is also an indoor pool that was very nice, but our room was right beside it. So, the noise went on until 11pm. That is the only complaint. Make sure if you stay here to request a room away from the pool.
