Unprofessional staff and unstocked roomPosted Apr 27, 2015
the power went out in the hotel. And when we were leaving the staff had to help us pry open the doors. They were all sitting in the lobby but complained about getting up to let us out. We were missing towels in the room and it smelled like smoke in the nonsmoking hotel. This hotel was got at a discount and we got what we paid for.

Left early, did not stay 2nd nightPosted Apr 12, 2015
Pros: close to future college
Cons: tear it down
staff friendly, room disgusting, dirty floors, smelled like smoke, no pillowcases, door latch broken off, tissues and kids hair ties under bed, ripped screen on window. I am questioning my decision to use expedia again.

There were coke bottles and socks under the bed! Smelled like smoke even in a nonsmoking room.

Looks nice but isntPosted Feb 22, 2015
The hotel had people hanging out in the lobby. Apparently it is an extended stay. The families there were transient. The stairwell smelled of smoke and cigarette buts were on the floor. The room smelled of smoke though I stayed in a no smoking room. Just made you feel creepy. Not worth paying a cheap price.

Reasonable PricePosted Feb 11, 2015
Very nice room. Around the corner from so much. The dishes are limited, two of everything Fyi. The staff are great. I love Joshua. Great service.

For a place to crash for the night-okPosted Feb 9, 2015
For a place to stay for the night, it is worth the price. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. The non-smoking room smelled of cigarettes. Some trash under the bed. No plastic drinking cups. Wpuld not stay here again.

My stay at Crestwood SuitesPosted Jan 28, 2015 on Hotels.com
The only problem I had was that we did not have cups in our rooms, and neither one of the room had dishes. One room had no remote control for the tv,the other one had a coffee pot but no maker. Overall the stay was good.

Ok for the pricePosted Jan 7, 2015
Pros: rooms were spacious and hotel was quiet
Cons: room had a lingering smoke smell and friendlier staff
Location: near mall
Every staff member was rude and spoke with an attitude, except for 1 gentlemen named Derek. Overslept and asked for an 1130 checkout. Front desk approved but called every 5 mins to see if we were ready to leave. Housekeeping knocked on the door several times with the Do Not Disturb sign hanging on the door.
