They said it was under renovation however we saw no work being done. Overall needed cleaning and repairs.

Run down

Posted May 16, 2015
While the staff was acceptably helpful, the hotel facilities were dismal. The drywall was disintegrating in the bathroom. Our first "nonsmoking room" (we were moved--that was a positive) reeked of cigarette smoke and even had an ashtray in it. The hallways also smelled of stale cigarettes. All in all, the hotel seemed like it was hanging on by a thread and hadn't been kept up for decades.

The hotel was acceptable

Posted May 15, 2015
Pros: Convenient to conference center
Cons: Carpet is worn in the door ways and the air conditioner did not work well. The hotel was ok.
Location: Just needed to stay at a place close to the conference center. It was easily accessible.
Just stayed one night and came from the Marriot at town center. The two hotels cannot be compared. The hotel was apparently older but was well kept. I felt very safe at hotel and the person working breakfast was very nice to us.

Dirty and no breakfast

Posted May 11, 2015
This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The room was filthy, I was afraid to put anything down and walk on the carpet. Their "breakfast" consisted of eggo waffle that you had to heat up in the microwave and bread. For the coffee you had to use powdered creamer and no tea. Never again...

Disappointed

Posted May 10, 2015
The bedside table was a sticky mess. Not cleaned after previous guest. One bed had spotted sheets and wrinkled & spotted pillow cases so it wasn't used by me. Days Inn has always been a clean afforable place to stay in the past.

Caveat Emptor!

Posted May 1, 2015
Pros: It was cheap! But you get what you pay for....
Pretty dingy hotel, paper thin walls (TV in the next room was clearly audible), and at 7AM the breakfast wasn't even out (and didn't appear to be coming out). Glad they had coffee.... The staff was pleasant enough but this is a place that's seen better days. Caveat Emptor!

Upon entering the room, the first thing that I noticed was that the linen was dirty. Breakfast was awful, I almost tripped on a piece of taped up carpet.
