“My hotel of choice”
Great stay as usual, the hotel is always welcoming and provides a great bang for the buck. The breakfast buffet is awesome, however the long line for omelets can be a little off-putting. However, can you believe that that is the only complaint, waiting for an omelet. You won't be dissappointed with your stay.
“Great Value”
The stay at Embassy Suites was one of the best we've had....Clean, Comfortable, Courteous...all in one and to top it off Cooked to order breakfast and an evening reception with snacks (not that great) but snacks and beverages....wine beer, sangria and soda. We would definitely stay here again...close to williamsburg, norfolk,langley, and newport news.
“Exceeded my Expectations”
I had a wonderful stay! The staff was GREAT! There was a two front desk agents that I want to give a special Thanks to. I don't know their names, but one had just gotten braces and it was the other young man's last night working at that property. The hotel was extremely clean and I was surprised at the size of the room. I also had a massage and the lady (African American) with blonde hair and a beautiful smile was very nice as well. If ever in the area I will be back. OOOH! I forgot the breakfast crew was AWESOME!
“Unpublished rate made us feel like lower rate guests too.”
This was the first time we felt uncomfortable with the unpublished rate. We had to stay with our two young children in a smoking king bedroom. The hotel is very good quality, and they gave us breakfast, but after getting our roomand calling front desk to ask if there had been a mistake, the reception lady told us straightforward that with that rate we get whatever they want and if we didn't like it , then for them to change it we would have to pay the standard rate. I don't know if it was the receptionist or Expedia's terms, but that made our stay somewhat uncomfortable.
“Hampton, VA”
The location was ideal for the purpose of our trip.... a concert at the Hampton Coliseum. I was surprised that the internet was not free and that the charges were per device. The amenities were great and the staff was extremely helpful and very professional. The restaurant was good and prices were extremely affordable.
“Get what you pay for”
Nice Embassy Suites hotel, I found the hotel clean and well maintained. The breakfeast and cocktail hours were as expected.

The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained. the lobby area is impressive with a warm feel that suggests quality and class. The breakfast buffet is wonderful and the manager's reception is a nice touch.

The trash cans didn't have any liners the first night and there was no do not disturb sign to place on the door. When returning from breakfast my key didn't work and I had to find my husband in order to get back in the room. I traveled with family and housekeeping entered both of their rooms and took possessions, such as food, when they had not checked out. We had to go and locate them to retrieve their belongings at first they tried to act like they didn't have the cake and seafood but eventually they returned it. The wait was rather long for the breakfast buffet and I think it was because management didn't check to see if everyone entering had tickets evidencing that they paid.
