Room Mess up

Pros: The Staff was polite. The price was affordable.
Cons: Don't give a room to someone unless it's had maid service.
Check In, the room was a mess, so I told the staff and that I would be back later (I was working a convention). I came back and the room was still hadn't had maid service. They comp'd me 2 king rooms, but only for one night. So we had to move out of the double, into the 2 kings (Which were nice) then the next day move everything back into the room (which caused us to miss opening ceremonies). The Hotel was oversold because of our convention, so I understood why we couldn't keep the Kings and I wouldn't want some of my attendees to not have a room because I took their room. Still, I would have liked some compensation for my inconvenience. Especially since it was all their fault for the unserviced room and overbooking.

I was able to visit with my family and also went shopping. The motel was pet friendly and that was important to me.

2 night stay. Room not clean before check-in. Beds sheets not changed. No hot showers. (Shower had no showerhead) Couldn't get room service after requesting several times.. Had to ask for sheets and towels each night, and toilet paper. . Pool closed@ 4:00pm on a Saturday. (Open till 10pm per the signs) No towels when it did open. No trash or linen pickup. (Sat outside near the door entire stay)

I thought the stay was very enjoyable. Awesome prices.The Room was ready & Clean at the time of arrival. I highly recommend it to any traveler that will attending anything at the Hampton Coliseum/Convention Center

Bad experience

Room wasn't clean. Neighbors next door were loud until about 1 am. Stains on the sheets and holes in the bathroom wall.
