Was just ok

Posted Dec 15, 2014
The check was simple and hassle free. Room was clean upon arrival. The heat had to stay on full blast to keep the room warm. The tv was poor quality reception. The shower didn't fully switch to the shower head, so little water pressure, the drain didn't drain, so water filled the tub.

Upgrade your hotel and rooms.

Posted Dec 3, 2014
Pros: Nothing,it was down a dark hallway. My daughter was scared to walk down the hall way. More light and clean rugs and elevators.
Cons: This hotel need an upgrade, and it need to spray for bugs. The will need to invest in some clean sheets or make sure the linen is cleaned.
The hallways smelled. The linen was not cleaned properly. The doors were kept opened where people could sneek in if they wanted to. It did not feel safe and we woke up to a bug crawling on our phone. Towels looked not so clean. I had to check out early due to the bugs and the not so cleaniness of the hotel. My daughters were scared to stay any longer we checked out early and canceled the rest of our stay. I did ask for an upgrade but he stated there were none. So the pool was close and no suites. wow that was not a very good experience for our holiday stay.

Quality Inn near Hampton Coliseum

Posted Nov 19, 2014 on Hotels.com
The first room they gave us had a string smoke smell. The second the fire alarm keep chirping every minute until the battery was replaced. Going to he room you could see some stains on the window shades, stairs and small holes in the walls in the hall way.

Resting and relaxing away from home.

Posted Nov 6, 2014 on Hotels.com
We were there because my grandson had surgery on the 30th. We did not want to inconvenience anyone, therefore we made hotel reservations. We were near the hospital where the surgery was performed and near all eateries. Our stay was very nice and comfortable.

I was extremely Disappointed with the hotel room. The AC was very loud. The carpet looks like they have been there 25 years - very discolored and the shower was not working properly - difficulty regulating the flow of the shower.

Has seen better days

Couldn't sleep . AC unit was so loud it woke you up every time it came on. About every 20-30 minutes throughout the night. Coffee is available throughout the day, but it wasn't fresh. Personnel were friendly and courteous. Building does show wear from a busier time. However if only spending a night or two it really doesn't matter.

Older hotel...not my taste

Posted Aug 19, 2014
Pros: Not much
Cons: demo it and start over....also make the whole hotel non-smoking and renovate the rooms.
Location: Lots to do....too much to list.
This is an older hotel. I was the first time I stayed in a Quality Inn and I likely won't ever do it again. I asked for a non-smoking room and I was placed in a smoking room and the disappointment didn't stop there....too much to list.

Not a place I'd return

Posted Aug 18, 2014 on Hotels.com
We booked this last minute for an overnight stay during a road trip. The hotel smelled terrible. It smelled like body odor that was attempted to be covered by a very badly scented air freshner. The carpet and floors were dirty and stained, especially in the rooms. The shower head was coming out of the wall. The beds were not comfortable. There were also groups of people coming in and out of the parking lot and stopping to talk that didn't appear to be hotel guests. The breakfast was not impressive either. There was a poor selection and what was there did not taste good. For what we got, it was overpriced. I would definitely not stay here again.
