No closet in roomPosted Oct 31, 2014 on Hotels.com
Room was smaller than I thought. It didn't have a closet so I had to put my clothes that were on a hanger...... on the floor. Are you kidding me. You don't even provide a rod in the room to hang my clothes on? The room was clean but tiny.

The room was nice but the beds were way to soft. Hardly any support at all. Also we were traveling with an 8yr old child. Breakfast should be served until at least 11o'clock during the weekend. Other than that it was nice with many eateries

no wayPosted Sep 2, 2014 on Hotels.com
Mucky carpet, smokey hallways, thin walls, and just very very old. However, it was right next to the highway so you could quickly runaway!!

Decent place for an overnight stayPosted Sep 2, 2014 on Hotels.com
This hotel was convenient and worked for a quick overnight stay. It was damp and musty, but in my experience, that's the case with most hotels in this area. I cranked the AC, which cut through the humidity, and slept just fine.

Motel personnel very courteous and helpful with directions. As an old geezer though, I would appreciate some sort of grab bar as an assistance getting in or out of the tub. Perhaps a soap dish halfway up the wall with a handle?

warning! no elevator; 3 floorsPosted Aug 15, 2014 on Hotels.com
when u arrive after 10pm u get what u get. We were happy to get the last room on 1st floor. Although clean, it was obvious from the abundance of air freshener, it had suffered some water damage from recent storm. The TV, minifridge and microwave were convenient. The complimentary breakfast was served beginning 6am and featured personal waffle maker, eggs bacon and assorted bagels toast and biscuits as well as fruit, yogurt and cold cereal.

You can definitely tell the hotel was from a different chain and they tried to remodel it with paint and a new sign out front. It was clean. It was dated. It was not bad for what we needed it for. It's 3 miles from CNU and that's all we needed. Breakfast was cheap. Nothing special. Overall, not bad.

Strange smell in the roomPosted Jul 21, 2014 on Hotels.com
The room had a strange smell when we arrived - perhaps the smell of urine. In the morning, there was a smell of cigarette smoke coming into the room. Apparently the floor below us was the smoking floor, so it was either rising to our room or coming through the vents.

Wouldn't stay here againPosted Jul 14, 2014 on Hotels.com
Check-in problems, no linen/towel/room cleaning service the next day until asked at front desk late afternoon, breakfast poor - had to ask for milk, coffee, sausage/eggs cold, room in poor condition, mattress sagging, paint peeling from walls, musty and damp (despite air conditioning), two of the towels had stains, overall poor which is unfortunate given the very convenient location.
