“The staff was super!”

WE HAD SEVERAL SPECIAL REQUESTS AND THE STAFF STEPPED UP TO THE CHALLENGE. WE PLAN ON STAYING HERE AGAIN. THE ROOMS WERE CLEAN, NICELY DECORATED AND VERY SPACIOUS. ALL OF OUR NEEDS WERE MET BEYOND EXPECTATIONS.

I suppose the summer rates were not yet in effect for the price was excellent in contrast to other nearby hotels charging much more.

this was okay hotel to stay @ for the price. it does have a mini kitchen which is convenient. they only clean the room or replace used towels once a week. i was there 4 days & my room wasn't cleaned @ all.

“Comfortable with reservations.”

This appears to be a hotel that was taken over by someone who wants to run it cheaper. The place seems to have been remodeled recently and was clean and comfortable. But, there is no overnight staff and they lock the front door at 11pm. I didn't get any warm and fuzzies. Although I was only there one night, I suspect that services are limited. I might stay there again as long as they keep the price low.

“Not worth saving a couple bucks.”

My husband I had a wedding in Hampton to go to and decided we'd save a couple bucks and stay here. First of all, the sign is hard to see and it's kind of off the road. Look hard for it because it's not well lit. Check in was great and we thought we wouldn't mind no one at the front desk after a certain time, but once we got back from the wedding (after 11:00) the room next to us was blaring their television ALL NIGHT. And at about 3:00 am, some kids ran down the hall messing with door handles. The sheets were dirty, pillows NOT comfortable and our bathroom door didn't close all the way. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more to stay somewhere nicer. Although, it's very nicely located because it's very accesible to the highway. That was a plus!

“It was not for me!”

For me, this hotel is only for an overnight stay, I prefer a more upscale hotel for longer stays, but if you are trying to save money, this is the place. Thanks!

“Appearances on website can be deceiving.”

Parking lot was cramped. Hallways and elevator smelled like stale cigarettes. Room was small and uninviting. The bathroom was clean and we had clean towels, but the bed was uncomfortable and there were only 2 small pillows on it when we got there. Had to ask for more. Glad it was only for a couple nights.

“Very poor Hotel, it should not be on Expedia.com”

Where should I start, during "check in" people are hanging out in the front of the door and in the parking smoking and drinking. No Security, they have a big sign advertising monthly rent. The smell and No AC in the hallway that works. The AC in the room is poor and Sheet on the bed where really poor and dirty. The queen bed was also poor and run down. The only good thing is that the staff was helpful, But beside that I would not recommend this Condo/Hotel. Even if the price is right

“I am not sure I will stay here again”

The hotel is near to a lot of shopping places, but lacks cleanliness. Neighborhood is not really great. vessels were not clean at all and I didn't feel like cooking on them.
