Room was clean Seeing they are in progress of installing new equipment larger fridge Stove didn't work our power went out for quite a bit of hrs not happy due to having Christmas food with me the elevator stop working.thank God I know the signs to a improperly working elevator. I let staff know. However there was no apology for the power outage nor the elevator. I won't go back. I run a store so I know what should be done to keep clients and word of mouth to comeback

I first walkedc into the room to inspect and use the bathroom, I seen a bug crawl into the sink and go into the little hole so I put a piece of paper in the hole so it does not crawl out the hole. The room floor looked as if it had not been vacuumed from the last guest stay because it was M & M's under the bed on the right side of the room and some other stuff on the floor. With all of that stuff, to me its a lot, I was uncomfortable sleeping in the bed or showering so I showered at a friends and prepared to leave the hotel at 4 but couldn't leave until 6 am on 11/08/13.

The refrigerator didn't work and housekeeping never cleaned the room the entire time I was there. I never got clean towels or wash cloths. I will never stay there again!

I stayed for only one night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was satisfactory overall. The only issue was that the room smelled a bit "damp" like maybe there was some type of previous water damage to the room and it was not properly aired out afterward.

The hotel was over booked, the only reason I got a room was becouse someone canceled.then I had to take a smoking room it stink but I had to take it I was tired.

The property look fine, but once we entered the lobby everything went down hill from there. Lobby looked ok but the front desk lady was not that welcoming at all and once we got to our rooms settled in after a long 14 hour drive they didn't have towels for us to shower. We call front desk an was told they were on the way,we never received the towels so we called again an was told to come to the front desk an pick them up ( wow ). And the next morning we had to go to the front desk again for towels again. Sorry customer service .

No sleep, Very Loud, trash in room

Nightmare Hotel. They gave my reserved room to someone else and, though I was there waiting at 3pm, they could not get another room ready until after 6pm! That's just the beginning... At 11pm a local basketball tournament ended and dozens of BB players began shouting and bouncing balls in the hallway. We complained, but no results until after 1am. To make matters worse there were a dozen beer bottle caps behind the nightstand.
