Very Bad Experience

Wow this is one of the worst Hotels ever. Looks afford and allows people in the entrances asking for money. I even stay, I looked for another Hotel around!!

Pros: The front desk Carlorline.
Cons: Better breakfast.
Location: Nothing to do.
Want a non smoking room but Expedia mess up. Not bad for the price but nothing to write home about. There is a Walmart and a dollar tree but no place to eat other then burgers.

While the people were hospitable, the hotel itself needs some improvements. The second floor needs to be replaced. While walking around the hotel room you will notice that the floor has holes under the carpeting. This is also true in the hallways. The bathtubs creek underneath your feet because of no support.

Pros: Front desk staff were very nice, upbeat and helpful. Good to allow pets
Cons: Cleanliness and odor
The room had an overwhelming odor and road noise was loud as we were in a room at the front of the building. The mattresses were good.

Smell in the room that lingered

It was comfortable for the price you paid. The room had a lingered smell that even when the manager sprayed it came back. The remote didnt work, ckerk had to find one that worked.

Pros: The staff. Room was clean. Breakfast was OK.
Cons: A new mattress.
Location: Near Amtrak station.
The room was comfortable. Could use a new mattress. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was satisfying.

Run away!

It was so bad that my husband did not even let me get out of the car. He went in and came right back out. We had already paid for the room but we DID NOT STAY!!! The bulletproof glass around the front desk was a real clue.
