Only for One Night...Posted Aug 30, 2006
I am not a complainer...however I will state the facts: Once I arrived at my destination, I immediately realized that I was in the "challenged" section of the city. Of course it wasn't as bad as some others, but I recognized and knew that it was located in the best "spot" in town. Nonetheless, it appeared clean and safe. The front desk worker greated us with a nonchalant attitude, never offering or informing us of the amenities or availabilities offered by the hotel. (I found all of the information later as I spoke to a "night worker/security person.)He was the one who informed me of the continental breakfast, the checkout time, etc. We arrived to the room. "WOW" the damp musty order overtook us as soon as we walked in. The beds that we sprayed with disenfectant had no mattress pads and the structured frames were becoming detatch from the rest of the bed. We went into the bathroom, and the walls had some sort of "yellowish" stain inbedded on them not to mention the "brownish" stains behind the commode. "You figure it out!" I took deep into consideration that this hotel was built in the early years and that we were there only for one night. I will not be choose this hotel again.

Very Poor for a RamadaPosted Jul 7, 2006
I was very disappointed. Ramada has always had a good name. The first night we were there we had one towel in the room and had to call for more. There was no complimentary soap!! The ceiling was peeling and the window sills had not been dusted in weeks. The pool was not open end of June and did not look as if it would open for sometime. The next day was not much better. Saturday we finally got soap and decent towels. The bonus Sunday morning was hot water to shower the rest of the stay was with cold showers. If this had not already been booked and paid for through expedia we would have left.

YeckPosted Jul 6, 2006
The hotel was a real disappointment. The shower had a bar of open soap and half used shampoo in it, so was likely never cleaned. The bed spread had a big blood stain on it, and the pillows were a joke, 2 totally flat ones and 1 lumpy fat one. There were water stains everywhere. The wallpaper was puckered and the carpets were filthy.

It will DoPosted Jun 28, 2006
The hotel lobby was really nice, so it was really disappointment to see the rooms. OUr first room had an air conditioner that was so old and moldy I was certain we'd get sick and the TV didn't work, the bathroom floor had some kind of oily residue on it and no towel, soap. We were moved to another room, nicer, but no iron or ironing board, it took five calls to the front desk and finally I had to go down there and get someone to get it for me. The next morning we were awoken by the front desk stating we were not registered to the new room and had to move. I explained we were moved by the front desk, they came back twice trying to get us to move. So finally after showering (the tub was old and walls were a patch work of repairs. We finally checked out. My final thoughts were, it will do in a pinch. Nothing more.

Great for a quick weekend.Posted Nov 2, 2005
The employees were very courteous and helpful, but the room could have been a bit cleaner. My last trip, I stayed here and my room was perfect. A bad weekend, luck of the draw I guess

Average HotelPosted May 11, 2005
The breakfast was cold and they ran out food. Not as good as my previous stay, have a new resturant contract and is not as good as the old contractor.

Ramada Inn HotelPosted Nov 12, 2004
The hotel is badly located on a very busy and noisy main avenue with rooms overlooking the traffic. The staff is not very helpful. We asked for area maps, or names or nearby restaurants, which they could not provide us. The rooms, hallways, breakfast areas are filthy. The cleaning service is very bad. The occupants of room next to us partied up to 2 AM and the manager could not keep them quiet. We woke up with loud music at 8 AM on Saturday and Sunday. Please remove this hotel from your list!!!!
