“Will definitely be back ...”

The Holiday Inn Express in Newton Falls, Ohio, was awesome! The room was spacious, meticulously clean and neat, and extremely comfortable. My husband and I had a very relaxing time and will definitely be back again.

We had a late arrival in which we had advised when we reserved the room. A slight mix-up at first in the room we reserved with the agent. But, worked out in our favor and needs in the end. The night manager on duty was excellent and very pleasant. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The staff are all very nice and helpful in seeing that your stay is pleasant. They serve an excellent breakfast with a wide variety considering everyone's dietary needs. The beds were very comfortable with both soft & firm choice of pillows. We were surprised to see actually four pillows on each bed. I always carry one with me because most of the time it's hard to get extra pillow. Not a worry here. Extra towels not a problem & if you forget something small just ask & they have complimentary items at the desk. We will definitely stay again when we return to the area. Not a complaint, just would of liked a little more selection of TV stations to select from. You will most definitely enjoy your stay at this hotel. I would rate it a 5* place to stay!

This hotel was very clean the beds were very comfortable. The continental breakfast was excellant. The staff was very friendly. The neighborhood around the hotel was non-existent but 5 minutes away was fast food and convenient stores. I would stay here again without a second thought.

Clean and Friendly stay. The Breakfast was above average for Continental style. The front desk provided maps to malls and food.

We picked this hotel mostly because of the wifi connection but were surprised with how beautiful it was. The dark woods and beautiful tiles in the bedroom and bathroom was so beautiful. The bathroom was larger than any other hotel i have seen in a while. The beds were so nice that we tried looking up what brand, because we would love to have those mattresses at home. The breakfast buffet WONDERFUL. Had everything a kid or adult could want. Loved having sausage biscuits every day if i wanted. The kids wanted to take the pancake machine home. The only thing i had wished for was larger juice cups. The place was wonderful, i can not rave enough about it.
