Fantastic
Very good hotel, gave us upgrade to a Seaview room on arrival, the staff were very friendly, and helpful, great position, nice room, comfy bed, would recommend to anyone staying I Nha Trang.

Following question we ask reception manager and this question is for Hotels com as well as you are taking bookings for international customers: Under the Standards of International Hotel Rating code to operate as a Hotels 1 star🌟 Or more bedrooms/s MUST have at least one window with visible daylights and fresh air circulation and it is also used as escape exit in case of an emergency. Any rooms with no windows could be ONLY use as a storage rooms or stairs or elevators or fire escape hydrant etc. In the future as an agency for any accommodation purpose rooms with no windows should not be advertised. We have had a filling like we are sleeping in the tunnel or bunker trapped inside like the animals. Personaly I will never ever accept any more this type of accommodation. Overall the hotel deserve only 3 * rating with out using rooms for accommodation for guests.

For the price it was an excellent value.
Right across from the beach. The staff are wonderful. The buffet breakfast was amazing ant the hotel is right in the middle of all of the action in Nha Tran. I would stay there again in a heart beat

This stay was booked through Wotif and i paid significantly more Money for a superior room so that my two girls and I would have More room. The room were given was tiny - literally not enough room to walk around the beds. When I pointed out I had paid for a superior room I was advised that my room was superior. This affected our stay as I could have saved $250.00 for standard room. The hotel itself is in a great location and the reception staff were fantastic and lovely girls. However the major problem with this hotel was the restaurant which was horrible. The included breakfast was bad. Cold greasy food, warm milk, and a huge variety of really bad food. Over our 4 day stay I think we gave everything a go and there was not one thing that any of us enjoyed. The fact that the whole dining area needed a good clean and the staff were miserable dos not help. the first day we went to the roof top pool we could not get out of elevator because there were piles of dirty towels all through the entrance. I have only put recommend for the location.

Got upgraded on arrival to oceanview room,on top floor, never had my passport held by hotel in europe , indonesia, fiji, vanuatu, but held here. Lifts reasonably quick, but hallway often smelt of cigarette smoke as people without windows would open their doors and let the smell into the hall. Room was a good size and clean . The bathroom was shower over bath, clean and worked well, towards the end of stay replacement of shampoo and soap fell away and had to ask for toilet paper, all came promply, only some staff about 4or 5 had reasonable english but putting pen to paper with drawings helped. Great location, but getting a oceanview room comes with a trade off lots of road noise and horn blowing for nice view ,good and wide variety of eats close by , get hotel to pick you up from airport cost $40 au , i think hotel pickup $25 and better car and driver than taxi. Breakfast had a good range, fruit, eggs, rice, cold meats, toast, bacon, sausage, cakes, cearal, lipton tea and reasonable coffee, got given a free vietnam coffee my eyes didnt close for two days very sweet. Towels available from reception for beach use. enjoyed our stay except got woken by very loud music at 4am coming from speakers on the road at the front of hotel, this . Worth what we paid for.

The Superior Suite was great. Close to the beach, nice Ocean views, Unfortunately no balcony. A little noisy at night but it all stopped around midnight. The bars in that particular room was a little odd giving a jail effect. The pool is really not located in an ideal area on the rooftop but no views and no sun.

Pros: Located at the end of the tourist street. Value for money. Nice and clean room. I requested for quiet room and got one. A good 3 star hotel. Cons: just a shorr walk to the bar area, but u have most things nearby anyway, so not a real issue

Great location
Affordable, great location right across the street from the beach with many restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful for the most part. My room was upgraded for free upon check-in and had a huge panoramic view of the beach. Unfortunately, the windows are only single-pane so the room gets incredibly noisy at night and into the early morning (roaring motorbikes, constant honking, loud thumping Russian night club downstairs) making it difficult to sleep, even with ear plugs! The breakfast buffet was good but the restaurant is very warm and humid which isn't the most appetizing environment to dine in, and the restaurant staff weren't as customer-oriented as the front desk staff. The only other issue I had was with the outsourced laundry service which was terrible (delivered late, clothes were still partly damp, wrinkled and balled up/stuffed into a bag). To Dendro's credit, they comped me 100% for the laundry after I complained to the manager.

Hotel was average room was constantly lacking something from clean coffee cups to toilet tissue. Throughout the city everything is either in Vietnamese which is to be expected or Russian duei to the large Russian tourist population. We missed the Vietnamese culture as is seemed to be lost due to the large Russian presence.

This place is just across from the beach and pubs that are on the beach. Staff are the most fantastic feature about this hotel. Breakfast is so-so and condition of rooms are acceptable. However it is definitely not for light sleeper as the noise from across the road in the dead of night can be hear (barely but still can, depending on your room facing)

The location of the hotel was great! We were right across from the beach and in walking distance to many places. The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good but make sure to get there early. The first morning we went at 8:30 and a lot of the food was gone and or cold. After that we started going at 7:30 and it was much better. The room was clean but they have a lot of tiny ants.

This was a lovely hotel but no window in our room.
We booked a superior room only to find on our arrival that there was no window. It felt like we were in a prison cell. Reception upgraded us for 3 nights to a delux room (with a window) but we checked out for the final 2 nights as we couldn't be in a room with no window. Also it was very noisy from the club across the street that had music very loud until at least 2.00am.

Only 5 minute walk from 'main' crowded beach area
Couldn't fault the service, only 3 block walk from the main busy beach area but this was good for me as my section of beach was less crowded and more peaceful. We across the road from the beach. The only thing though is being on 4th level I could gear all the music and cars going past ( not double glazed windows) and I'm a light sleeper so couldn't sleep well. Breakfast was sufficient and started early enough at 6am.

Dendro is well located just mins away from the beach.Restaurants are nearby and bus station to airport are walking distance.I really like to thanks the staff for understanding and kind,my flight was cancelled by the airline due to schedule error on the day of departure and was postphoned to the next day.According to the Hotel booking policy,no amendments is allowed after confirmation,however after showing the email sent by the airline to the staff,they are very polite and understanding,i managed to change my bookings with minor condition,no fee was collected.Appreciate and will definately return on my next visit.

A Comfortable Stay...
Booked a Senior Deluxe room and hotel is very generous to upgrade us to Premier Suite room. The room is big, clean and made you feel at home. The double bed is very comfortable and the internet speed is fast at average 22 Mbps. Air-conditioner is also working well for the hall and bed room. A convenience store is beside the entrance of the hotel, the beach is also walking distance from the hotel. A pub called Crazy Frog is opposite the hotel. The swimming pool view on the 15th floor looking at the beach was nice. The water for the shower is hot. The negative point is when you used the standing shower instead of the bathtub, the floor will be wet as water seep out from the glass door gap.

I had a good experience at Dendro hotel. If you are looking to be close to the beach, bars, and restaurants it is an ideal location. Only a 7 minute walk to the best club in Nha Trang, Sailing Club. It is a 2 minute walk from the beach and under a 10 minute walk to the restaurant area. While the staff's English isn't great they will do everything to help you and are very friendly. The breakfast buffet is solid, while it doesn't have a great deal of American choices it is good enough to get your day started with a good breakfast. The cleaning staff were great, while most days they were supposed to come early in the morning, if we were still sleeping they were always willing to come back at any time in the day and clean our room. Overall, if you are looking for a good deal on a 3 star hotel, I would strongly recommend this place!

Rooms & staff were lovely. Hotel is 15 minute walk from restaurant / cafe areas, but has some good beach resort type restaurants across the road. Despite saying it has fitness facilities, the hotel has none, which was pretty disappointing as that was the reason we chose to stay here. Also, a club type restaurant nearby plays loud dance music from 8pm til about 2am. Not ideal.

Dendro Hotel does everything right! Kind staff with welcoming smiles from the reception to the breakfast team and housekeeping. The rooms are modern with big bathrooms. After check out you can leave your bags with the security guard. They even offer a shower up by the pool if your bus or flight leaves in the evening, towel provided by hotel. Truly recommended without hesitation !!!

Great Hotel
This is a new hotel so everything is fresh and it has a fabulous location right across the street from the beautiful beach....the rooms were spacious and the bathroom had a large glass shower.....the front desk staff were very helpful in recommending which places to go to....They recommended the Louisiane Restaurant which was a great find.....it is a micro brewery and they had live music at night and is on the beach.....the hotel supplied computers to use and the breakfast was good.....the hotel is located right in town and is easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants.....I would definitely stay here again

海景完美但叫車服務令人失望透頂
不知是飯店還是員工的問題，不管是去i-resort或者去機場都是私家車，去i-resort的車付了來回的錢，結果回飯店時卻被放鴿子，拿著付錢的收據詢問i-resort的櫃台，卻得到這個不是他們公司的車不清楚的答案，害我們回來時不只多等了一小時，結果還又自己招計程車，心情非常差，去機場時飯店也不是叫taxi而是一台私家車。 前台員工看似親切但不知是英文不好還是純粹不想應付我們，雖然面帶微笑但覺得態度敷衍。

직원들이 굉장히 친절합니다. 해변과는 도로 하나만 건너면 되는 위치라서 편리하고, 주변에 식당과 슈퍼가 많이 있어서 아주 편리합니다 옥상의 노천수영장은 너무 작아서 얘들이 이용할 수 있는 수준입니다. 가성비가 훌륭한 호텔입니다.
