Ruby Hotel

hotel is in a good location 5 minute walk to the beach. plenty of bars and restaurants close by. room was large and nice and clean. we paid for the most expensive room at $12 and got a great big room with an enormous balcony on the top floor. elevator was also very handy.

For the price, this definitely surpassed our expectations. The desk staff were very helpful, it is a 5 minute walk to the beach, the room was cute and clean. I noticed several reviewers complained about the fact that the doors have a large glass panel in them. To be clear, this is opaque glass, and the doors are situated so that there is NOT a privacy issue. The glass lets in some light from the hallway but we did not find this to be a problem at all. I recommend this place, no problem! It isn't a deluxe hotel but it is clean, convenient, friendly and cute- just what we were looking for (in fact, better)
