Nice hotel great waterparkPosted Oct 18, 2014
Pros: Nice staff, towels and lifejackets provided in waterpark, great restaurant.
Cons: Expand the waterpark a little
Location: Groccery store within walking distance and rooms have fridge and microwave, so very convient to keep snacks handy for the little ones.
This waterpark is perfect for young swimmers. Not too big so no one can get lost, but big enough to explore and have fun. I like the added bonus of the waterpark being on one of the TV channels, it was nice to be able to show my children that the park wasn't open yet.

Very good hotel on bus line, great water parkPosted Oct 14, 2014
With a restaurant, spa, and water park, plus a stop on the WeGo bus system, this hotel is convenient for visitors to Niagara Falls. The facilities are very good.

Good place to take the kidsPosted Oct 12, 2014
Pros: the water park
Cons: the TV channel selection was not that great.
Location: nearby to restaurants, shopping, Niagara falls and Niagara on the lake
Rented 2 rooms, next to each other as per our request. Weekend was a shopping, relax experience. the water activities and slides and sauna were all good.

Small Waterpark HotelPosted Sep 22, 2014
Cons: No parking fees, please.
Actually I was expecting a bigger waterpark. The first time in my life, I had to pay a parking fee in a hotel like that. Although it has a big parking lot.

Chlorine level was too highPosted Sep 3, 2014
The price of the package, including room and four waterpark passes, was affordable. My kids enjoyed the water park, especially the slides and wave pool. But after the first day, one of them got a skin trouble, and my spouse's swimming suit was decolorized. Maybe the chlorine level is too high, though they specify as such on their website.

Run downPosted Aug 31, 2014
Pros: There was really nothing I liked about this place.
No soap/shampoo in refill container and tiny rooms. It's the barest of amenities. Free internet service does not reach the whole complex. I would not stay here a second time nor recommend this run down place to anyone. Wanted to use the little water park at 5:30pm, was charged full price for the pleasure even though there was only 3.5 hours left before closing. It's expensive with no value. Wasn't impressed with the friendliness of front desk either. There are nicer hotels in Niagara to stay at.
