Wonderful B&B, perfect for our romantic getawayPosted Jun 29, 2015
Pros: Comfort, location, homely atmosphere, genuine compassion of the host, cleanliness,
Location: Great restaurant, close to the bus station, the waterfalls are about 15-20 walk away.
My boyfriend and I stayed at Heather's Bedham Hall B&B for a night in late June and we had a marvellous time. The room was spacious and comfortable and located in a quiet part of the city, which we preferred. It was a 15-20 minute walk to the waterfalls, which was very convenient. Heather was a lovely host and made us delicious egg Benedict in the morning. I would recommend this lovely house to anyone looking to visit the falls without the hustle and bustle of (tacky) downtown Niagara Falls.

Luxury home away from home.Posted Jun 23, 2015
Pros: Location, service, personal attention and great place to stay in general.
Cons: Nothing was wrong with the current setup so no improvements are really needed.
Location: Niagara Falls and Niagara on the Lake are close by. Niagara Falls has the falls, good places to eat and plenty of nightly entertainment.
Relaxing place away from tourist crowds, yet only 5 minutes from all the action. Enjoyed the friendliness and personal attention given by the hostess. She was extremely helpful with suggestions for every situation we presented to her. We felt like we had known Heather forever after just meeting her. We have stayed in several other bed and breakfast homes but was more satisfied with Bedham Hall than any other we have stayed in.

wonderful location for the attractionsPosted Jun 18, 2015
Pros: The ambiance is quiet but there is a lot of laughter too. It takes you back in time in the middle of a modern city. It's close to all the attractions
Cons: I think the bathroom space is taken up by the Jacuzzi which we never used. The dresser is too big for the room and the bathroom door hits it.
Location: great location
the minute she opened the door, the owner and I thought we knew each other. It was really strange, but wonderful! she has so much knowledge of the area and helped us out quite a bit. Her breakfast had a lot of variety and was very tasty. The landscaping is beautiful and we took many photos. The rooms are lovely and quiet.

Loved it!!Posted Jun 6, 2015
This was our first time staying at a B&B and it certainly won't be our last! Heather was a fantastic hostess, she even gave us her cell number if we had any questions while we were out. When has a regular hotel done that? Breakfast was tasty and prepared fresh when we came down for it each morning. The room was comfortable and the information sheets provided were very helpful to navigate the TV. I highly recommend staying here if you want something that is within walking distance of the Falls and provides the comforts of home while still feeling like a private getaway.

Excellence to the nth degree!Posted Jun 5, 2015
This was our first time to try a B&B, and found there is no comparison to the typical hotel scene. Heather's warm welcome, hospitality, and kindness, made us feel right at home. The daily breakfast fare was varied and delicious. Our room was beautiful and well kept, the bed most comfortable. Free Parking and Wi-Fi were nice perks. It's conveniently close enough to the WeGo bus stops. Know that it is an older dwelling compared to some of the other B&B's, but we found it very nice. Highly recommend Bedham Hall!

Great location!Posted May 23, 2015
What a beautiful, relaxing place to spend a few days in the Niagara area! Being on River Road is convenient to both the Falls and Niagara-on-the Lake. Our room was bright & spacious with a very comfy king sized bed, sofa, tv, wifi, etc. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared for each guest as soon as he or she arrived to eat. Coffee, tea, juice and a continental breakfast was ready and waiting as well. The lovely atmosphere was conducive to friendly conversation with other guests; it was very nice to chat with people from Tennessee, Hawaii, Chicago, San Francisco & Ottawa. Thank-you Heather for your wonderful hospitality!
