Property is very worn down. The rooms are tired. The tv was grainy and sound didn’t work. It was not value for money. The counters in the bathroom were lower than normal (not a wheel chair room). The shower was very strong but the shower head was way too low. Had to bend way over to rinse your hair.

Hotel is obviously old and not in a nice charming way. The area is very busy and congested. The staff were lovely. The room itself was nice and clean. Linens were fresh and clean. So it was adequate for a night. I just don’t like being shown pictures of a beautiful hotel and property only to show up to a rundown old property. At least be honest. I am going to show up and see reality

The hotel was easy to find. Local sites like lake Ontario and Niagara falls were easy to find and visit.

Surprisingly low quality for a Best Western. Bathtub doesnt shut off, missing grout and silicone, fan doesnt work. TV somehow had quality from the 80s. Breakfast prompty closes at 930am. Dont expect much here

Stayed the night before the Solar Eclipse. Hotel was full and breakfast was very busy. Staff did a great job! We were there between seasons so the "mini golf" course was not running yet. Looks like it would have been fun to entertain the children.

The property is right by the highway, so it's pretty noisy all the time. And then we also ended up with the room right by the stair case, so we could hear the people using the door all night going in and out of the 2nd floor. To add on top, even though front desk told us breakfast was 7am to 10am, at 9:30am, the staff were removing all the food at breakfast, turning off juice machines, removing the hot food, so we barely got anything to eat. Normally hotels don't refill the hot food stations after a certain time, but it's not like you can re-serve the pancakes tomorrow (can you?!?!), so what's the point in taking all the food that was served away? What are they going to do with it? throw it away??

TV not functioning properly. Windows filthy with paint on them. Curtains didn’t close all the way. Noisy from highway. Dirt under beds. Bathroom doesn’t have water balanced taps in the bathtub. Needs tile work. Crappy for the price. Breakfast was weak.

The property was clean and well maintained. My family and I have stayed there many times over the years. The owner has been a present and positive part of the success of this property. Our room was quiet and comfortable. The food in the free breakfast could be improved. Every day it was the same large bin of powdered scrambled eggs, coated greasy potatoes, and pork sausage or ham. A little variety or some consideration for anyone who has restrictions for health reasons (like me -- I'm gluten and dairy free) would be greatly appreciated.

Typical best Western, 2 story building, side of a overpass near a shopping district close to Fairview mall. King bed standard room 316 50 inch tv, fridge, microwave The shampoo and conditioners were tiny bottles by the bars of soap, older building with some modern touches. Pool and hot tub area where great however, our room overlooked the pool and we awaken to people in pool area at 6:30 am People talking etc. Pool sign stated it didn't open until 7 am. There was also construction on the roof that started at 7:15 am and was right above our room. No sleeping in for sure. Also hotel is used by community so a lot of patrons using pool and dining area that are not staying in the hotel. Staff was very friendly however.

I had a dog friendly room and as soon as you walked into the room it smelled like dog piss or fish, some kind of really disgusting smell. I didn't say anything to management as the front desk woman seemed to have a slightly hard time getting me booked in and finding me a room where my dogs could be. The rooms bathtub faucet was ripping out of the wall and wouldn't allow the water for the shower to turn on fully without the risk of it falling apart. Not impressed. The breakfast was mediocre at best as well

This was a nice hotel if a bit older in appearance. OUr room was VERY clean and aside from wear and tear on the wallpaper and heavy touch points we were very pleased. Our stay was for two days as we were attending a conference in St. Catherines and took time to explore the Niagara region while there. Staff was exceptionally friendly, helpful and courteous. The breakfast was expansive, fresh and varied and the dining room clean and cozy.

We stayed the night because we had a concert. Check in was easy and the hotel was clean and easy to find. Our tv and a light weren’t working but front desk sent someone right away and got them working asap. Great service. Free breakfast had lots of options and tasted great!

Bathrooms are very tight in the rooms. Cannot fit more than 1 person at a time, if someone uses the toilet the door cannot open. The rooms are outdated. Pillows are bumpy and very uncomfortable. Our room had a very musty smell.
