“Great hotel! Comfortable beds and rooms.”

We had a one night stay. I booked 3 rooms for our fishing party,the rooms were all together! The beds were very comfortable.And the rooms were very clean. Didn't get to use the pool but it looked very nice. Can not respond to the continental breakfast as we left at 5:00 am for our fishing charter, and wanted something a little more substantial. Staff was very freindly and helpful. All 6 in our party said how nice the rooms were and would stay here again.

Went on a charter out of Lewiston, fishing for Salmon on the Niagara River.Had a great time!

“Never Again Will I Stay Here”

The pictures of this hotel are not at all what the hotel is like. We wanted to leave 10min after arriving. The room had many water stains on the ceiling, spider webs in every corner, ants on the wall and bugs in the bathroom. Pulled bed apart, all though didnt find bedbugs (not sure if I saw them or not) there was some small blood spots on sheets (I know this is a indication of bedbugs). The room door wouldn't close the whole way without deadbolting it. Didn't feel safe. The neighborhood was scary very old and ran down. We didnt want to keep our car in parking lot. The surrounding restaurants were dirty. Went to Kentucky Fried chicken and my shoes were sliding while I was ordering couldnt walk felt like ice skating and we found this at all of the restaurants. If it weren't for the niagra falls park which is why we were there we would have demanded our money back. It was expensive to stay there. The hotel we stayed at before this one in MA was much more beautiful and very clean and the sad part of it was that it was much cheaper. Funny at checkout the front desk didn't even ask us how are stay was or how everything was. I think they already new the answer. Plan on writing a letter to Best Western.

“Very Nice”

The motel people were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast area was the largest I have ever seen. Room was well kept and the bathroom was spotless.

“Met our needs.”

Although it is an older hotel it was fine for an quick trip to the falls. The price was reasonable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was typical. The staff did a good job keeping it loaded. The breakfast sitting area was large. The pool area was plenty large. I would recommend this to someone not looking for fancy but just a family friendly hotel without the glitz.

Must see

I suggest getting the Niagra Falls Pass. It includes all the sites. Even if you don't get to all of them the savings is well worth it. You can order on line or purchase at the Park.

Dining

We enjoyed Buzzy's pizza for great pizza, ravioli and pasta. We found an awesome local favorite at Dee Dee's Ice cream. Beware the cost is cheap and the scoops are large.

“Old hotel...”

Too old for a hotel.. the amenities were'nt as bad.. the bed was old and squeaky.. was'nt really worth the amount they charge for the room...

I don't like this hotel. I booked a two queen bedroom but they give me a double bed room. They said they make a mistake and say sorry to me. The hotel is old and breakfast is not good.

“this hotel was nice enough”

This hotel was middle of the road. Not over the top but sufficient for what we needed. Nice indoor pool. Rooms were comfortable and clean. The service personnel were great. It was a bit off the beaten path, but not too far from the falls and all of the attractions.

Area recommendations

Niagara Falls. We did a all day guided tour of the falls and went to both the American side and the Canada side. Well worth the price.

Dining

Go to Michaels in downtown Niagara Falls. It is in the little Italy part of downtown. Great homemade food and excellent service.

“Nice stay”

Stayed the first weekend of May. The room was very clean and bed and towels were clean. The room could use a new TV but no big thing. Morning breakfast was good with friendly hotel staff. Good value for the money.
