It should not be allowed to run as a hotelPosted Jan 6, 2014 on Hotels.com
Must be urgently demolished. I do not think there is anything worse in Niagara Falls. It is the shame of the hotels in that area.

Must say the it's what you pay for. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. But we just wanted somewhere to crash. It was quiet and close to all the attractions

Close to attracions, but don't expect too much!Posted Oct 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
Given the price they charged, I think the quality of service received was acceptable. Rooms are rather newly renovated but is a little bit dirty, especially the carpet, so bring a slipper with you. But beside that, everything was fine. 10min close walk to attractions. This Inn is located in a residential area so is rather quiet at night.

you get what you pay forPosted Oct 18, 2013 on Hotels.com
the room furniture was old. the bed was uncomfortable and cheap. the tub didn't have a plug. overall, the room felt worn down and ready for a facelift. I would highly reccomend spending the extra $ for a proper hotel

Reasonable price but no securityPosted Oct 14, 2013 on Hotels.com
I was woken in the middle of the night by a fellow patron banging on a hotel room to be let in. That it went on for over an hour without anyone from the staff checking on it, along with the early arrivals of new patrons blaring their stereos in the early morning without any intervention on the staff's part. The receptionists were friendly and helpful at their desks, but I had one of the owrst night's sleep in a long while...and this was supposed to be a vacation.

Pros: cheap price and location
Cons: needs renovation
Good price for being close to amenities (free parking included), no need to drive around. The hotel per overall is in bad shape - looks like is getting ready for demolishing - needs renovation! Other than that as I said you get what you paid. Acceptable to sleep over the night, if that's only what you need.

the pillow and the cover had blood stains. since we were so tired and there was extra pillow , we didn't bother to advise front desk at 11pm . we did tell them in the morning , hopefully they discarded the pillow . it was room 104

quiet, convenientPosted Sep 10, 2013
Cons: Cleanliness! the usual amenties-coffee maker, glasses, functional TV remote
Location: handy 15 min walk to Clifton Hill district-very tacky tourist area but some good restaurants
dirty, no amenities-not even glasses, no housekeeping provided, TV remote inoperable
