Ok for one night stay. Not for longer stay. Pros: location walking distance to Clifton Hill. Decent free breakfast. Free parking. Cons: mattress too soft. No fridge. Noisy A/C.

Bon rapport qualité/ prix. Bon emplacement.

Great stay in Niagara Falls

The hotel was clean and close to Clifton Hill and walkable to the Hornblower restaurants and view of the falls. On site parking lot. Nice breakfast. Nice casino right across the street. Would stay again.

2 nites with grandkids in June

Posted Jun 20, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: Breakfast.
Location: Clifton Hill
We were here for a weekend so there were lots and lots of families and children. That made it quite busy and noisy, crowded at breakfast and the pool was packed with kids all the time. That didn't trouble us as we were traveling with our 15 and 9 year old grandsons. I don't think I would stay here again unless I was traveling with kids. The accommodations met all our needs ... 2 queen beds in separate rooms, each with TV. Free breakfast included cereals, scrambled eggs, not-too-tasty ham/sausage, juice, breads and very popular waffles that you could prepare yourself. (My grandson burned his finger on the grill..) Urns of lukewarm coffee were in the lobby all the time. when we checked iin we discovered the toilet wasn't flushing. I reported it to the front desk, left for a few hours and it had been repaired when we got back. But it still flushed slowly so I asked for another room. The staff was very accommodating and arranged for us to move into another room. The location of the hotel is great. It's at the top of Clifton Hill and you walk about 15 minutes to be down the hill and at Hornblower Cruise. That's a steep hill and walking back up is tough for us old folk. Hotel is also about 1 block from the WeGo bus stop. We didn't have a car but there is ample parking behind the hotel. Also there is a convenience store (and ATM) next to the hotel so we could buy soda to keep in the refrigerator in our room. Overall, we had a good experience.

Close to the Casino Niagara

Posted Jun 17, 2015
Pros: The nearness of the casino and restaurants. Also the setup of the hotel is like a building in New Orleans with balconies and that was attractive.
Cons: I know how it could be improved really but both mornings we had to skip the free breakfast due to the long line and full tables. Very busy hotel.
Location: Casino, Hard Rock Cafe, a water park, a couple of spook houses. And the actual Falls, of course!
Hotel was nice and clean. The staff very accommodating when we asked to change our room (we don't like connecting doors to the next room as it seems we can hear everything the neighbors say). Pool seemed nice although we didn't use it.

An affordable hotel with a great location.

Stayed the weekend for a hockey tournament. Our room was large by modern standards and very clean. Given the very competitive hotel rate, the free breakfast buffet and free parking felt like a bonus. The breakfast included the usual cereals, eggs, sausage, and a waffle maker. The hotel staff were welcoming and very courteous. I highly recommend this hotel for a family on a budget.
