Thanksgiving weekend in Niagara for family eventPosted Oct 13, 2014
Cons: updated comforters on the beds and new mattress. A bit too worn, sages in middle.
Location: close to all restaurants and popular tourist attractions in Niagara.
The Comfort Inn room was dated, plain, and basic but was very clean. The only access to the rooms was from outside up a set of stairs. The rooms were not part of the new building or any access to the pool other than from outside. We were there for one night and the family had rooms all beside each other so we were able to be together. It was perfect for the one night stay, any longer I would upgrade to a nicer room.

Bait and switchPosted Sep 29, 2014
Worst case of bait and switch. Nice hotel from road, put expedia travelers in dank motel around back. Musty and hasn't been renovated since the 70's

Book early - should get the best rooms???Posted Sep 23, 2014
Cons: better accommodations if you book early!
Location: Central location.
As stated the room was clean but I was put in the ild section after booking well over a month in advance. The first two nights there was a ruckus next door and sleep was almost impossible. Again staff were polite. I could recommend to singles that stay out lats but not to families. Business types are a toss-up!

Better inside main building.Posted Aug 31, 2014
Had to move my room from outside to inside, as outside room had bad smell of alcohol. Seems to be party rooms, lots of baseball teams. Not a very good area for families.

Nice hotel close to golf coursesPosted Aug 24, 2014
Pros: Sizable rooms, spacious. Free WiFi.
Cons: Better TV. The old square flat screen, standard definition TVs just don't quite measure up to today's standards for TV entertainment.
Location: Fairly close to Golf courses; shopping centres/outlet malls near by.
Stayed in the court yard rooms for two nights. Quite comfortable. Rooms are sizable, with two separate queen size beds with lots of space to spare. Rooms are old but clean. I would stay here again.

worst hotel that I have stayed. run down and dirtyPosted Aug 18, 2014
Pros: Nothing -
Cons: they should renovate the Courtyard rooms - old, dingy, dirty
Did not realized that Expedia booked me a hotel room at the Courtyard instead of the main hotel..found out when I got there and after checking the room (dirty and run down) I went to the front desk and asked if I can upgrade to a better room (main hotel) and did not accommodate my request....I will never recommend this hotel to anyone

Hotel in Niagara FallsPosted Aug 5, 2014
Pros: Very clean, beds comfortable, quiet, bathroom with all amenities, indoor pool, Bible in the room
Cons: 11:00 am check out time too early. Food in IHOP restaurant OK but could be better. Front desk staff should tell guests about alternate parking lot.
Location: Not far to downtown Niagara Falls. Too far to walk though.
We stayed only one night. Had a great time. We checked in and out quickly. The staff was friendly and efficient. I had forgotten to bring my Bible so appreciated there was one in the room. We left an extra large tip because of that. We were worried we'd have nowhere to park late in the evening because the main parking lot was full and front desk staff had not informed us of the alternate parking lot.
