“Days Inn Fallsview is OK”
Clean comfortable hotel in a good location. No complaints. In addition to the room rate parking is $10 a day. 10% discount at the Perkins restaurant across the parking lot. Has outdoor swimming pool.
“Not the best service”
The information level was not as I thought it would be. I asked if the parking was included when we were checking in and got an answer that did not make it clear. I therefore said "parking is included"? and was sure she said it was. Even though we got a letter under the door early in the morning with a fees for parking.
“Great stay for cheap”
It is a nice hotel, located in the center of all activities, with the access to the gym, swimming pool, sauna and outstanding view at the 'sister' hotel the oak. The receptionist would tell you all about this once you check in. The room is clean, the towels are changed daily. They don't offer continental breakfast, but near by you have a choice of a couple of buffets, they also offer 10% discount if you eat at applebees or the other restaurant by the hotel. Parking costs an additional $10 per day, but they don't charge you at the last day of stay even after you check out. Overall it is a nice and cheap hotel, that I would recommend.

“Close to Everything”
Quality hotel for the price and location. Didn't have to drive to a lot from here, but had to pay for parking.
“It was alright.”
The service and the employees of the hotel were very friendly and helpful when needed. But the hotel it self doesn't offer much besides its location. All you have is your room a ice and pepsi machine and a outdoor pool thats it. The rooms are little dark. We had a party next to us but in the moring the people paid for it. Other then that it was so so. I would pay the few extra dollars for a bit nicer one.
“Noisy”
Initially, this seemed like a reasonable place to stay, for the price. The front desk was friendly on arrival, the rooms were similar to those at other Days Inns, and breakfast was included at the restaurant across the parking lot. The downside was that no effort was made to protect guests from noisy parties on the hall, which occurred regularly and late at night. The walls were thin, the noise keeping me and my friends awake. The person managing the front desk couldn't fail to hear it too, but it was ignored. What happened to the agreement signed by each guest? In the morning, stacks of liquor, wine and beer bottles were placed in the hall by the housekeeper when she cleaned. On our last morning, the power went out for an hour (just the motel, not the area). Overall impression: to keep costs down it is minimally maintained. As a low budget motel it is attractive to those wanting a place to party away from home. If you don't mind "sleeping" through a drunken party then this motel would be adequate for an inexpensive place to stay in Niagara Falls.
