For the price we paid this hotel is excellent, significantly exceeding our expectations. The room was spacious, clean with comfortable beds and a standard hotel washroom. The service was also great - staff were very friendly, available 24/7 and helpful - we forgot some toiletries and the front desk provided these to us for free. The pool has a hot tub and sauna which was nice and also very clean. The complimentary breakfast was very much appreciated. Overall a great stay, would highly recommend. It's also less than a 10 minute walk to Clifton Hill where all the attractions are.

This property was disgusting, our room wasn’t even cleaned. There hair and dirt everywhere. The bedsheets weren’t even changed. There was lots of hair in the bed as well. Also, this is the first hotel that I’ve seen that did not have a mini fridge. And TV didn’t work, there was an extra pillow behind the chair on the floor in the corner of the room that was dirty. They moved us to a different room, and I asked them if this room was cleaned for sure. And they assured me, yes. We got into the new room and The Jacuzzi didn’t work, The TV didn’t work, There was hair on the couch and on the coffee table and on the kitchen table and on the end tables. There was hair on the bed and in the bed There was hair in the standup shower, lots of it. The shower obviously wasn’t wiped down because there was stuff all over the wall and the floor. There was sugar all over the table. The toilet was dirty. The toilet lid and toilet seat were lifted up. The toilet bowl was dirty. The toilet paper wasn’t fresh. Air condition was broken Just a very, very terrible experience and will never stay in this hotel ever again, because of all this it wasted so much of our time put us late for dinner at the keg and that was just across the street. We had to clean our hotel room ourselves because there was not even a safe in the room to put our valuables. And in the second room, there’s still no mini fridge. I would give the Hotel less than one star if it was a possibility. Very, very disappointed.

This was not our first time at this property. The staff are always pleasant and the rooms are clean, the beds comfortable. The free breakfast is always very good. Coffee and tea are available in the dining area 24/7. The only thing that we would appreciate would be a fridge and microwave in the room. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Centrally located on busy commercial strip but only 2 blocks from access street down to the falls. Sound insulation in room was goid considering how busy the area was. Over a dozen chain eateries within footsteps of the front door. Off-site parking lot (included w/stay) wasn't too far away. Staff were friendly and answered questions about area. Breakfast was OK for being continental style. Seating was limited but elevator back to room was nearby.
