“Many Time User”

Stayed here many times. What amazes us is that the place is hidden so well that we are surprised that people can find it. It is tucked back in a corner accessed by streets that look like parking lot entrances.

“Comfort Inn”

Good rates. Hotel rooms were clean and comfortable.

“The hotel bed left me wanting my own bed”

Overall I was quite content with the hotel. My wish would be that the bed was not so hard and the pillow also not so hard - I had a hard time sleeping.

“Great Deal in the NIagara Area”

This Hotel is locate at 28 minutes from the Niagara Falls area. It was very clean and the night person very kind. The breakfast was great and healthy. We only stay one night but save a lot by driving there.

“not impressed”

Wish it had an elevator. Complimentary breakfast left a LOT to be desired - like some place to sit down! Hotel was EXTREMELY HARD TO FIND - they must improve signage - it's in the middle of a dark residential area.

“ADEQUATE, AT LEAST FOR NOW...”

This is a basic hotel, showing its age and in a somewhat obscure location. There is no elevator for the second floor. The outside of the windows were absolutely filthy and obviously hadn't been washed in a long time. The bathroom and room were clean and tidy. The sofa in the room needs replacement and the bed was somewhat hard (but that is subjective). The rates are competitive for the busy summer season.

“NOT IMPRESSED”

Overpriced for the hardest mattress I have ever slept on! Very uncomfortable....not happy at all.

“Awful, awful, awful”

Ashtray full upon arrival in room. Told someone at desk, they cleaned it. Late at night while turning down the double beds, observed boxsprings without covers, and what appeared to be large areas of dried blood on my boxspring, overall, they were filthy. Blanket well used. In the morning, we found a pilll under the bed. Not ours. Filthy hotel, would not ever stay there again, nor would I ever suggest it to anyone.
