“Best place to stay in niagara falls”

Great experience, wonderfull view of the falls, very comfortable,clean and have the best breakfast buffet.i can't wait to stay here again.

“Winter visit”

We were given a free upgrade to a suite that also included a fireplace- a very nice feature. All staff we encountered were very nice. The view of the falls was fabulous. My only complaint- we were visiting in cold weather, and were not well informed of the shuttle service, or the need to have a bus pass to ride it. We were once stranded on Clifton Hill when the driver refused us a ride. We were forced to take a cab back.

“Great stay in Niagara!!”

Wonderful...lots of room for families!! The pool was clean and tidy and water warm for young children. We had a terrific breakfast the next morning. I would definetely go back!

We stayed here as a nice place to experience Niagara Falls for the first time. The view from our suite was phenomenal! The room was impeccable and huge, with a great fireplace, jacuzzi, and living room area. The service at this hotel is incredible, from the concierges, to the waitstaff during breakfast, to the valets. If you want to be pampered in Niagara Falls, this is the place to stay.

“nice experience”

Would have liked a room facing the falls but our suite was very nice. Bedroom separate from common area so one could sleep while others watched tv. Manager reception daily with snacks was nice along with daily complimentary breakfast over looking the falls. Walk to falls about 20 minutes down a steep hill or take the tram up down the hill. All area food and drinks very pricey. Daily parking a hidden cost.

The hotel was fantastic. The view of the falls was wonderful. The room was very comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The continental breakfast was the best I have ever had. Would definately stay there again.

“This hotel kept up with the hype”

Had apleasant experience at the Embassy. I arrived 6 hours early and they allowed me to check in early at no added cost. The room was exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfotable. The view of the falls were breath taking.. The only flaw was the cost to park overnight.
