they actually make the guests wait til 3pm check In time. No earlier! The so-called manager doesn't know how to do her job and admitted that to me, she didn't know how to check us in or out, the associates have poor attitude. Not only that, when I walked into my room, there was dust everywhere. Not thin dust, like layers of dust on the tv, night table, headboard, everywhere, long hair in towels, in sink and tub. And they blame the guests, not themselves or the cleaners!!! Horrible stay. Never going back.

Pros: The price. The style.
Cons: The evening staff could have been a little friendlier, but nothing offensive was said.
Location: I was in town for a Bachlorette party and the plan was to finish off the evening at Mints. This hotel is walking distance from there.
Was looking for a comfortable hotel for one night with an economical price. This was one of the few near downtown with free on-site parking. The style was kind of funky and the room was simple and comfortable. We were on the 4th floor, so we still had a decent view of the city.

Great hotel with a wonderful bathroom and comfortable beds. Only recommendation would be for fridges and microwaves to be added.

Pros: The location is perfect, not too near the action (cause when there's action, you don't want to be caught there in your car) but close enough to walk.
Location: About 15 mins from the action (the falls, clifton hills, etc...)
The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. They are a little over their head because of the renovations but nothing that can't be fixed in the near future.

Don't waist your money

We arrived at around 9pm to check in to our room. Once we received our key we went up to our room only to find that the bed was not made, the towels were thrown on the floor and the washroom not cleaned. we called the front desk to let them know and they asked us to come back downstairs. As we proceeded back to the front desk, they were scrambling to find another room to put us in, as we stood there watching them try to decide where and how. One of the associates told us that they could give us another room for the night but because the hotel was fully booked we would have to move to another room the next day. I told them that was unacceptable cause I wasn't here to be checking in and out of rooms and that something needed to be done. I couldn't understand if check in time is at 3pm and we arrive at 9pm why the room wasn't cleaned? I was told that this has never happened before and that they were going to check on the room that they offered us to make sure it was in suitable condition. So as we continued to wait I requested to see the manager and up to this day I am still waiting on them to come speak to me. I couldn't believe that he didn't even have the common courtesy to come and say sorry or anything at all to us. Anyways long and short of the story we got a room nearly 30mins later & of course we were able to stay in there for the duration of our trip, however the room was never cleaned while we were there and after the experience that I had we didn't bother to complain
