Did not feel that safe at night walking the neighborhood. Not well lit. Daytime was ok to walk. Around the corner I felt safe. Also the rugs need to be replaced/cleaned in the rooms. The rest of the place is tired looking with mismatched scrached furniture. The shower was great! Plenty of hot water and pressure. The motel next door is all boarded up making the area look like the slums.

Really dirty sheets - has blood, ink, dried paint/mastic. Fridge had food from previous occupants. Overall gross.

Even for a motel where the standards are low this place was worst. The cleanliness was 0; the carpet, the washroom and everywhere was dirty.

The staff is absolutely rude we had a problem with our room toilet leaking and they refused to change or room or give us a refund. They gought with us and police was called with ofcourse no help.

This hotel according to the price you are paying, don't expect too much from them in terms of cleanliness. Comfort wise it is above average and near to Clifton hill so its a plus point in therms of budget friendly stay

Rooms was dirty. Found some bugs on the towel and the bed had hairs underneath the sheets The shower was broken 3 out of four towels had some stain marks on them. Nastiest room i have seen. We left the property after seeing the bugs right away

Very convenient for walk to tourist areas. Great price for the location. The rooms are old and would benefit from updating, the linens and beds appear new though. Everything was very clean.
