Nice hotel, falls view.Posted Apr 13, 2014
It was a great get away with a bunch of friends. Caisino is just across the street and accessible via a tunnel. We had a great view of the Falls. Nothing else we could wish for.

Great hotel one block from Niagara FallsPosted Apr 3, 2014
Pros: Clean rooms, comfortable beds, in room coffee maker. Pool, hot tub, gym on third floor
Cons: Only two service reps at normal check in time. Had to stand in same long line to book complimentary wine tour. Low staffing for off season I guess.
Location: Fallsview Casino, IMAX theater for movie regarding "history" of the falls, on site game room for kids, WEGO bus stop outside door.
After reading some negative comments, my senior husband and I were reluctant to keep the four day reservation. Glad we did. We arrived three hours early on March 25 and immediately were checked in by Ashley. Being seasoned travelers we asked to see the room choices first and were given keys to floors 15 and 17. Both falls view rooms were great but the corner room on 15 had views of the falls and city, so of course this was our choice. Our reservation (two days through Expedia and two days through Groupon) came with $10 off coupons for the exorbitantly priced on location IHOP and $70 off for Ruth Chris Steakhouse, which we took advantage of. Excellent lamb chops and veal chop I might add! We bundled up for the cold and walked downhill to the falls. It is a long, scenic walk. Hint: Take the walkway thru the casino, exiting on Murray to save steps. Take WEGO bus back to be let out either by the Fallsview casino or in front of the Hilton/4 Points Sheraton bus stop. Hint welcomed from previous guests. Park on 5th floor of Fallsview Casino and walk across enclosed bridge to the hotel. Sign up for players card. $5 a day. We never used our car so leaving on day five the parking cost only $10, and not $5 because we had packed our players card so couldn't produce to attendant. Be sure Sheraton removes the automatic parking surcharge from your bill when not using their valet!

Ok hotelPosted Apr 1, 2014
This was an ok place to stay. Kind of disappointing. Parking is quite a mess. valet is 25 and self is 15. Self parking is across the street from the hotel. The convenient part is that it is connected to the casino and has close places to eat. The washroom was small and did not have shampoo.

Wish I could stayPosted Mar 31, 2014
Went there for one night but we really wished we could stay longer. Large luxurious room with great city view of casino. Liked that the walkway to Casino was inside, great convenience. Loved the Eastside Mario's, IHOP & Starbucks we accessed from inside the building
