We booked a suite with a sofa bed for a family wedding. We had 3 ppl staying at the room and needed that sofa bed . We payed extra for a bigger room , when we got there the sofa bed would not pull out . Since we were running late for the wedding we thought the sofa bed might be broken. After the wedding the sofa bed still did not work . At 2 am we decided to just sleep since we were all tired . My mom who had the bed said she felt itchy all night , in the morning we saw blood stains and fuzzy all over the beds sheet , it looked like the sheets were not fresh . In the am we finally went to front desk , he assured us we were wrong and the sofa bed worked and we must not know how to use it . I asked the staff to pull out the sofa bed to show us , it was then when they realized they gave us a sofa , not a sofa bed . We also showed them the blood stained sheets to front desk . We do not recommend this hotel due to the false advertisement stated on Expedia , we payed extra for a certain room and did not get what we payed for . Also, the sheets in our room were stained with blood and seemed like they were not fresh.

I liked the proximity of the hotel to Brock University and other amenities like the Pen Centre Mall and Restaurants. I did not like the fact that the hotel did not clean my suite over a three night stay and that the restaurant did not have adequate staff to service its patrons, so we had to wait over one hour to be served. The staff at the front desk appeared to be very laid back and did nothing to have my room cleaned. We stayed for three days with garbage in our room. I also asked for clean towels, which were not delivered until after 11pm. I felt like I was staying in a motel!

One bed room suit (living room/bedroom separated). Large room equipped with the usual, iron, blow dryer, tv in both room and living room, fridge and microwave. Temperature control in both rooms. Pillows too soft, bed somewhat comfortable. The inconvenience bits are, only one electrical outlet in a 2 queen beds room, long checking time, and a dingy smell in the room. Overall, great staff and service in the restaurant and bar.

The location was perfect for our needs. Room size was great for having family come and visit. The resturant food/menu/breakfast was really good but if you’d rather McD’s, Tim Hortens and other restaurants are within walking distance. Parts of the building are under repair but no noise and contained to outer wall of pool area. Great place for travelling with pets!

The hotel restaurant is for a "hotel-restaurant" surprisingly very good. The staff is very warm and friendly, courteous and efficient. The menu is short but covers a very good range of possibilities.

We had high hopes for this property since the price was much higher than the other hotels in the area. When you walk in the hotel looks beautiful, the main lobby seems to be very invested unlike the rooms and the hallways. Our room did not have a closet, the iron and ironing board was on the floor which is a huge safety hazard specially for kids which we have two of. The second safety hazard was the broken ac/heater which was broken in the middle with exposed sharp plastic. The other thing we were very disappointment with was that one of the bed sheets had a big yellow stain. The bathroom door also did not close correctly. All in all we were very unhappy with the room and hotel, the pool was tiny and the areas of the gym and pool were dirty and seemed like it had not been cleaned for a while. Very disappointed.

We were on the main floor near the lobby and at 6am I could hear the lobby music. Otherwise the rooms were a good size. Beds were comfortable. Very close to Brock University.

We liked the location. The room was large, the beds were comfortable, and it was quiet. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant. For both meals the serving staff were friendly and competent, and the food was very good.
