“Can't wait not to go back.”

Parking was fair. I was told when I called the hotel it was just a short walk to the falls, they lied. Was a thirty minute walk to the falls not the 10-15 I was told. Not a great neigheorhood.

“A nice hotel and helpful personnel”

The hotel was easy to find and conveniently located. A receptionist Mamtaz (sorry, I'm not sure I remember the name correctly) was very nice and helpful -- she even made a few phone calls for us in order to arrange some local trips.

“Motel not Hotel”

beds were old I was promise a queen size bed I got 2 full size beds

From NY take 87 N to Rout 17 to I 84 To I90 its the quickest route it save about an hour of commute if taking the tradition routes

“Woukd stay there again”

We were very pleased with the accommodations of this hotel especially the value for our money when compared with other hotels. The rooms were very clean and with the hig ceilings they felt very spacious. The staff was very gracious and well informed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to the budget minded traveler

“Good deal for the money”

The staff was all very friendly and helpful, there was no charge for parking which was great because most hotels in Niagara charge for parking. We got a great deal on the hotel so we were happy. The beds were not comfortable though and the room could have used some updating. The lobby and hallways were all nice.

Maid of the Mist was great....they offer a 4 activities pass at the welcome center which includes 2 day bus transportation, I thought it was a good value. The skywheel at night was really nice, the Falls light up after around 9pm and you have a good view from the skywheel.

“Disappointing”

Location is good--near Niagra Falls and other attractions. Parking lot extremely small--saw someone hit the post of the overhang trying to turn around in order to get out (they should eliminate some of the parking there and encourage people to park in back, where it was better). The staff was very courteous, but the room was very basic---didn't even have washcloths. And it wasn't cheap, though Niagra Falls is admittedly expensive because it's a tourist destination. It's on a busy street and the neighborhood is not appealing, but it's a clean room.

“Not Impressed”

Place smelled of mold. The shower faucet was leaking in the wall and spilling out of the side wall. There was quite a bit of mold in a lot of areas
