Nice hotel close to Niagara on the Lake & Falls

Needed a nice hotel to close Niagara on the Lake to attend the Ft George Ghost Walk Tours. Late check in....and early check. Great hotel and breakfast buffet.

close to town

Pros: It is quite new.
Cons: The system on the roof and include breakfast!
We were on the top floor and there was a very noisy system on the roof over our room that could not be turned off. It affected our sleeping and since the hotel was full we could not be moved.

Very relaxing

Beautiful room with sauna/jacuzzi. Lights not working in sauna and bench not secure. Bulbs to be replaced above jacuzzi. Bed comfy. TV quality not great after paying $16.99 for movie . Quiet night. Would probably book here again.

Hotel close to Niagara Falls

Posted Oct 19, 2014
Pros: Friendly and helpful employees! Clean rooms! Great workout room!
Cons: Hotel was adequate for a short statement!
Location: Queen street for shopping and food neighborhood in Niagafa on the Lake! Lots to do -go to visitors area on Queen Street!
Very easy to get to from Border! Young staff at front desk were very helpful on directions! Great workout room with new equipment! Nice pool and hot tub! Didn't eat breakfast at $12.95 for buffet-went to Silks on Niagara Stone Road in Virgil for great breakfast for less then $4! Dinner menu at Hotel also limited! Hotel across from Hortons and several fast food places! Hotel about 18 minutes from Queen Street for shopping and fine dining! Good outlet mall about 5 minutes from Hotel for shopping! Bed was adjustable but. Still uncomfortable to me! Very nice people in Canada!

Wine Country Stay.

Posted Oct 19, 2014
Pros: The location was very convenient to the highway and our activities.
Cons: More staff and better organised in the dining area.
Location: We were in the area for the Shaw Festival and wine tour. There is also a large outlet mall just across the highway.
The hotel was very nice. We did however find the dining area cool in the evening (close to front entrance). In the evening the dining area was understaffed. Our waitress had to leave the dining area to deliver room service meals. We did enjoy our food at dinner. I was disappointed that the breakfast was buffet style as opposed to full service. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Close to town, shopping and restaurant on-site

Posted Oct 14, 2014
We enjoyed our stay while touring some of the wineries in the region. Comfortable room, had a tasty meal in the restaurant downstairs. We would recommend and stay here again. Not crazy about the sleep number bed, it adjusts to your comfort, and takes considerable time to adjust.

Well located

Posted Oct 13, 2014
Pros: See above
Cons: Possibly a breakfast included in the price of the room.
Our stay at the hotel was a pleasant one. It is well located to visit the town of Niagara on the Lake, as well as the vineyards. The room was clean and spacious. The microwave and fridge are great to have. The only thing, I would suggest to potential clients is to check your statement on the in-room tv before you check out, that way you can see if you've been charged for any additional fees that are not mentioned when you book. I called the front desk, and they removed these fees.
