“One of the most beautiful views ever seen”

This hotel had the best location to view the Niagara Falls. We had a room on the 27th floor, the view from our windows was spectacular. Overall, we were very satisfied with the service. The only thing we had problem with, was the key to the room. Both keys were malfanctioning all the time we were there, and we had to go back to the lobby to change them every night. Even after we changed them, they didn't work again, and we had to wait for the security guard to help us get in. Besides this problem, we had a wonderful experience. We would definately stay in this hotel again.

“Would look for a better hotel next time.”

Went to Niagra Falls to celebrate my brithday, to start the lady who check us in had an attitude. Never welcomed us to the Hotel or Canada for that matter, just asked what our names were and a credit card. I thought I had a waterview room and when told it was a city view was stated so with much attitude. I told her that it didn't mater, after an 8 hour drive who wants to argue about a room before seeing it anyhow. We finally got up to thr room an was surprised that even though it was a city view, we could still see Luna Falls at least. Down side. There's a HUGE red casino sign facing the hotel, so do close ur shades at nite. The location of the hotel is great! Its a quick 6 min walk down the hill to the falls and is surrounded by places to eat and things to do. FYI: they charge 20 bux a nite for parking + tax. If I ever go back to the falls I think I'll stay at The Tower Hotel instead.

“Stay in the North Tower and Food is pricey”

Booked through Expedia but was given a room on the South tower on the 32nd floor. Room was old, TV was old, and the room had an old smell. Went back down to complain and see how much more a nicer room would be. The difference was minimal so we got a room on the 48th floor of the North Tower. What a differnce, the room had a sitting room in the front, two flat screen TV's. The window that views both falls was much larger as it almost went from teh floor to ceiling. I would never stay in the South Tower but he North is much better. You will spend a lot of money on food as everthing is taxed. If you have kids you may want to look at the Embassy Suites as it offers a full buffet breakfast which will save you lots of money and I feel the pool is nicer at the Embassy suites.

“Good Views of the falls”

Great views and good hotel- however trouble accessing internet as perpetually down at the Hilton and had to go next door to Sheraton who were able to supply access at no cost and more reliably than the Hilton.

Staying near Clifton Hill as more to do and more options for dining. $2 trollley cars on Amercian side of the falls extremely good value and takes you through park and to various vantage points of the falls- well worth the $2.
