Generally good but so far from niagara falls!

Great Hotel Chain to stay with.

Pros: Staff, Clean room, and the pool.
Cons: Expedia booking showing up in the computer.
Location: Niagara Falls
Staff was wonderful when the hotel booking I had done with expedia did not show up in the computer.

Pool Temp

Cons: Pool Temp.
I would have given a perfect score if the pool temp. was where is should have been. It was much colder then it should have been. We noticed as did the gentleman in the pool also. Otherwise a great place to stay!!!

Wonderful friendly hotel

Pros: The pancake machine, the cleanliness and friendliness
Cons: Tea making facilities, everything else is just brilliant :) Detachable shower head
Location: Niagara Falls is an easy 10-15 minute drive away, hotel sits at the edge of a small town of shops and restaurants, although mostly closed by 8pm.
This hotel is conveniently located for Niagara Falls. It is wonderfully clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a large offering of hot and cold food and the pancake machine just has to be seen and used :) Parking on site was easy and free. The hotel was lovely and bright and had a very welcoming feel to it.

Best pet friendly hotel

I'd never stayed at a pet friendly hotel before, but I had a pet with me this time so I had to find a hotel to accommodate that. This was the perfect first time experience. Staff went above and beyond for us. The room was beautiful and comfortable. We were very happy with our hotel stay.

room conditions

Pros: nothing much
Cons: cleanliness and smell
Location: after 5 pm you get free parking to visit the Falls
we had a king size suite, bed sheet dirty big black stain on it. carpets were not vacuumed . two night stay, cleaning crew did not exchange bedding and we only had 2 towels for usage. staff was not engaged, no fresh coffee in AM, bathroom had metal pieces on shelf in shower . Very disappointed in this Hotel

rudness of staff

This hotel was okay, however not in the greatest area of town. Staff was rude mostly but not all. Also pool was unusable which was one of the reasons that I picked this hotel due to the high amount of chlorine. There was also no hot tub which was upsetting. When we return it won't be at this hotel.

Shopping trip Sunday-Monday

Pros: Location to mall and other outlet stores, good breakfast
Cons: Opaque window coverings rather than just sheer curtains
Location: close to outlet mall, Tj Maxx, Target, Chili's.
The location of the room to the outlet mall is great. The breakfast at the hotel is delicious. The staff was nice. What was horrible about the room was that the curtain did not close fully to block out the street lamp. The light was beaming into the room and it was bright all through the night. There was only a sheer curtain to cover the window. We were up all night with the light coming in and bed was uncomfortable. The washroom faucets were not cleaned properly. It still had water marks from the previous guests. This was my 2nd visit to this hotel and location and price wise I would recommend it however the hotel needs to get proper window coverings as soon as possible.
