Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites St. Catharines Conference Center

Be careful and watch your credit card bill after your stay. We paid directly to Expedia, however when I checked my credit card bill about 2 weeks later I noticed that the hotel had invoiced me for a night as well. I have had to make several calls to get this fixed. It is now over a week later after the call that told me they would credit back by card, it still has not been credited - have now been advised that it take the credit card company longer to credit back than to charge - I don't believe this as they should be able to reverse the charge almost immediately.

I have stayed in this hotel numerous times over the last 7 years, it just keeps getting better. The rooms are recently renovated, love the shutters on the windows instead of curtains and quite comfortable. The Timothy's coffee stand in the Lobby is a big bonus too! We ate dinner in the attached restaurant and although there was a bit of a wait the food was delicious.

It's pet friendly. Any issues that we may have, are always taken care of immediately.

Staff person at check-in was disappointing. She was not friendly and did not give me confidence at all. The room was recently renovated and very nice.

Tub didn't drain, but staff were extra nice. Comfy. Nice location. Liked the decor. But looking at the water in the tub didn't please me.
