Decent hotel close to Falls and Casino

Posted Dec 15, 2014
The Hotel had nice common areas, but other areas were lacking. The room was fairly dusty and the heating/AC unit was sporadic in performance and I found myself waking up to adjust the temperature at night. The phone in my room was nonfunctional. The first floor patio doors felt flimsy and opened directly to the parking lot area (aside from a small grass strip. There was a beer can sitting on a ledge in the foyer of the main entrance for over two days without being disposed of... the staff were mostly kind, but sometimes smiles and greetings were not returned.

Close to falls and reataurant. Only thing is there is hairs on the towel. Not sure why this happened. But good location.

Decent Hotel, thin walls

Posted Oct 28, 2014
Hotel staff was accommodating for the most part. Rooms had thin walls, could hear TVs in room next door. Breakfast options were great, and great service in restaurant. Overall, good value for location.

Have 3 problems with this hotel.

Posted Oct 19, 2014
Pros: location
Cons: needs updating---carpets had a couple of stains but very clean every day
Location: won't be disappointed a lot to do even a bus ride away. You do need a car if you want to make it easy on yourself
The problems that I have are below: 1)--no fans in the bathrooms at all--very steamy 2)--the tv channels are awful--no cable very few channels to choose from--TV's stink!!!!! 3)--the breakfast in the morning. The bacon was well done every day (burnt). The sausage looked like shrivilled weeners (over cooked--hard as rocks) and the milk was very warm. The service was good> I would come here again but now I know what to expect.

The Hotel is very nice, and central to sights.

Posted Oct 14, 2014
Pros: The Hotel was adjacent to many other tourist sites. They also had a very fine restaurant in the hotel which was also very convenient for all.
Cons: At this point and time .....nothing needed to be added.
Location: The Hotel was central....meaning that you could walk to many other interesting items without too much trouble.
We were welcomed very warmly by the staff. It is central to various sights and to the places. The Hotel was close to the Fallsview Casino and to places to eat. The Hotel provided free parking and security was good. Enjoyed the whole experience.

Near at Niagara Falls

Posted Oct 8, 2014
Pros: Free Parking and location near attractions at Niagara Falls
Cons: Renewing the room, doors, windows, furnitures and improving the sound insulation
Location: Skylon tower just a few steps, Casino, Ride the boat, Visiting Vinery at Niagara on the Lake, shopping at outlets of Landy's Lane and Taylor Rd
Hotel near main attractions at Niagara Falls, so we enjoyed the location first of all and then the possibility to park for free. Room cleaned but the forniture a little bit old. Just a consideration: try to avoid the ground floor room because we got one, with the view on the parking, and slept not well due to noisy people chatting loud early in the morning, at 6.00am, (while waiting for leaving by coach).
