Hotel is in good location for shopping

Posted Jul 3, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness! The pool was amazingly designed! It was an outdoor and indoor pool. There were balconies to step out and admire the view!
Cons: More parking space, more family suites on each floor.
Location: This hotel was close to restaurants and shopping. It wasn't far to walk to the falls.
I recommend this hotel. Very clean and well organized. Staff was helpful. Hotel is within walking distance to shopping areas and the falls. The only improvement that is needed for this hotel is the PARKING! It was quite hard to find a parking space.

Pros: location
Cons: We had a room adjoining the neighbour who obviously was curious about the other side of the door and jiggled the handle a number of times.
Location: close to falls and other amenities
Staff accommodating and efficient, room clean and comfortable easy checkin/out good location

hotel is priced consistently with what it has to offer. It is close enough to the falls, nothing fancy, but the price is right.

Great for the price!

Pros: The heart tubs. Only a short walk to the main strip. We walked everywhere. There's also a nice indoor / outdoor pool but we didn't go.
Cons: The second floor smell probably but I don't know how you do that without ripping out the walls.
Location: All the fun and games of Niagara are nearby. The falls are a bit of a longer walk, but a pleasant and sight filled one.
The heart shaped hot tubs are great - and really was the selling point for us. The place is clearly older, but it's clean and the 70s decor kind of added to the appeal in a way. One issue we had was we were given a room on the 2nd floor, and I think this used to be the "smoking floor" - and even after many years of smoking being banned in the hotel, it still smells of tobacco. We complained and were given a different room, a bigger one on the sixth floor (I guess it's what was available) so we were quite happy with the result in the end.

Nice, clean hotel,,need to work on the free wifi

Posted Jun 28, 2015
Pros: very clean, smelled nice, staff was great, WEGO bus stop right out front
Cons: the free wifi
Location: we had 3 grandkids with us, was great for the 2 teens, they were able to go freely to Clifton Hills bus stop was visible from hotel lobby
We arrived a bit earlier than the check in time, our room was not yet ready but were offered a different room on the pet stay floor. We took it and you would not know,,,other than some little yappers that there were or had been dogs staying nearby. We had a double room and it was spotless. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were fresh and clean, the towels and washcloths were replaced daily, and it was very quiet in our room. The only problem we had was with the wifi, and they continued to tell us they were working on it,,,however, we were there for 3 nights and it did not work any better when we were leaving. The ad says Fallsview, but there is no way to see the falls from this area, and it is much much more than just a block away to the falls,,,more like a 15 minute walk away, all downhill,,,which was nice. I could not make the climb back up the hill, so took a cab and it cost $8.00. Would stay here again should I decide to return to Canada for another visit.

It was just ok...probably won't go back.

Pros: The pool. Close to the Falls.
Cons: Customer Service
I was really dissapointed with the room and the service at the front desk. I guess you should never assume anything when booking a hotel, but I thought that the room would be bigger and have a common room. I booked a 2 bedroom suite. Only 1 bathroom for 4 adults and 2 kids isn't really a great idea. Most hotels that I have been to with a 2 bedroom suite have a common room and a bathroom for each bedroom. My husband and I stayed basically in a hallway/closet area. When I went to ask about it I just got "Yeah we don't have rooms like that" and nothing, just a shrug! Probably won't go back to this hotel again.

Nice hotel close to everything

Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel and room was clean, had a great view or the window. Older facilities and not enough outlets in the room. Overall great stay!
