Nice Hotel with beautiful views.

Posted Mar 1, 2015
Pros: The staff at this hotel were very hospitable and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable with a wonderful view.
Cons: The outside of the windows could have been a little cleaner, however, I'm not sure how that could be accomplished in the winter weather.
Location: The location was very convenient.
We had a wonderful time. The view of the falls directly from our room was gorgeous. The proximity of places to see, explore and eat were great.

Hotel had major flood on second night of stay,

Posted Mar 1, 2015
Major flood caused by burst water pipes on 2nd night of stay was very stressful. Hotel management handled situation very well and compensated guests for daily rate as well as daily parking which was fine and much appreciated, however still does not fully compensate for stress of guests, especially those with young children. Flood happened in evening and guests were not allowed into suites until after 5 hrs so difficult overall.

I was a little unsatisfied with my stay at the Marriott Fallsview. Not only was the valet parking slow, but the rooms are very out - dated and not only that but I found old left over food in the fridge which makes me think the rooms aren't being cleaned properly. The view from the room is nice but, for the amount of money it is not worth it.

Awesome view. Couldn't have asked for any better.

Great room. Only downside was the high level of dust in the room which really affected my partner. Otherwise highly recommended!

You can't go wrong with Marriott

Posted Feb 10, 2015
Pros: Clean, good location, the spa is very nice.
Cons: Include free wi-fi with the room rate. Valet parking was expensive, considering that the cars are parked outdoors.
Location: We were there during a snowstorm, so didn't do much sightseeing. The Falls are spectacular so is the casino.
We stayed for two nights at the Fallsview Marriott --great location. Loved having Starbucks, and free wi-fi in the lobby. Unfortunately, there was a snow storm and we were pretty much stuck indoors for the weekend. We made good use of the pool, gym and spa services, which were all wonderful. The hotel is very comfortable, and close by to the casino and lots of restaurants. We upgraded to a room with a view of the Falls --well worth the extra $20. A couple things to consider: the valet parking is expensive $35 ++ a day. Use the nearby indoor public parking lot, which is $12 per day, instead. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant --very pricey, and the food was so-so.
